非常に満足
良かったこと
駅直結、真新しさもあり総合的に大満足です。朝ごはんはブッフェではなくお膳でしたが、ボリュームもあって満足です。
気になった点
部屋入り口の照明がセンサー式のため、ベッドの布団の動きに反応してしまって夜中何度も電気がついてしまいました。もう少しベッド位置を窓際にする等改善できると良いのではないでしょうか。 さらに表示

1階のロビーから11階のフロントに案内され、チェックインも早く終わり部屋に案内してもらいました。部屋もまだ綺麗に保たれていてゆっくりできました。ただ枕は4っつありましたが柔らかすぎて枕を使ってる気がしなかったです。
朝の朝食はワンプレートで洋食を頼みましたがボルュームがありお腹いっぱいになりした。
スタッフの方もマスクをしてましたが、笑顔がわかるくらいの対応をしてもらいこちらも気持ちが良かったです。

駐車場があること。が、今回のホテル探しのスタートでした。駐車場は立駐でしたが、翌日の14:00まで均一料金で駐車できたことはとてもありがたかったです。お部屋もスタンダードルームでしたが、申し分なく清潔でとても居心地の良い空間でした。チェックアウトが12:00というのも、朝ゆっくり出来て大満足でした。 さらに表示

The location is great. It is right next to the Namba station (via exit 16) and a short walk to major shopping streets and department stores.
The hotel is brand new so they have some new amenities and smart room features, The services are outstanding and breakfasts are enjoyable. The only thing I felt fell short is the grandness of the hotel. I guess I expected a lot more given it is supposed to be a landmark architecture. The decor is modern, but the finishing on desk and night stands were rather basic. I would recommend this place as long as you can get a good deal..... さらに表示

Hotel is new and clean. Free soft drinks for guests at guest room every day. Its location is at the centre of Namba, which is very convenient to the railway station, big shopping malls, restaurants, cafes and 黑門市場Nippombashi. さらに表示

Hotel is conveniently above Namba station. Across the road is the main shopping streets. Staff are friendly & extremely helpful. A very large selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Best of all, hotel is very clean and spacious room compared to other rooms in Japan.

Good location, can directly go to namba station and underground market from the hotel. 5mins walk to main shopping area in namba. Great services, staffs are kind and professional, good English speaking. Price is a bit expensive but still affordable. Best choice for someone want to focus on shopping in Osaka. さらに表示
