9月の旅ですが記録的な暑さでエアコンがやや不足気味でした。ホテルの設備はやや古さを感じましたが寝るだけなら十分です。ロケーションは防波堤ドームから歩いて5分くらいのところです。 さらに表示

浴場があるということを選んだ理由の一つにしました。チェックイン時、特に何も説明もなかったのですが、浴場の浴槽は故障のため使用できません、との貼り紙がありました。従業員に聞くと、そうですと涼しい顔。あとで他の旅行サイトを見るとなんと一年以上故障で使用できない状態が続いているようです。ホテルの公式HPにはいまだに浴場があることをうたっています。まるで詐欺のよう。エレベーターで一緒の若い女性も怒ってましたが、従業員は対応に慣れっこのようで特に申し訳なさそうでもなく、知らなかったんですか？とでも言わんばかりの勢い。網戸も破れているなど、およそ人様からお金をいただくことに恥ずかしくないのか、怒りを通り越して、関心しきりです。 さらに表示

The hotel is about five minutes' walk from the train station. The rooms are very nice, and very clean. The staff is excellent - when I asked at check-in, they arranged for a taxi to pick me up the following morning for the ride to the ferry, and they were very nice and pleasant. The hotel does not appear to have a restaurant, but I didn't need meals so I cannot say for sure. (Check before you go if you need a restaurant in the hotel.) The hotel right across the ocean walkway & about 15 minutes walk to the ferry port to go to the 2 islands: Rishiri & Rebun island with a amazing view of the snow capped mountain during late April month. さらに表示

The mountain view isn't as amazing as it sounds, pretty ordinary. Though, I had never tried a Japanese Tatami style room, which is quite a special experience for me, especially with their fair price. location are all very close to the station in Wakkanai as it is a fairly small town. This one located just a little further than the rest, but no problem at all. Rooms and TV are the 2000ish, don't expect the latest and greatest, but I enjoy the stay thoroughly, the room is basically like a Japanese small apartment, with physical keys and neighbours as such, instead of digital card key. Quite unique imo. And the old TV and bathroom etc match the layout. さらに表示

I had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. Great for the price! The staff was very helpful and welcoming and they did their very best to use English which I really appreciated. We like the Japanese style room that we are staying, it's very clean and nicely decorated. Location for this hotel is good, it's just located in the center of Wakkanai. They provide free parking. Staff is ok, with a smile. The only downside for this hotel is the price! It costs very expensive for a 3 star hotel like Saharin, which the lobby is still with old decoration. さらに表示

Typical of a traditional Japanese hotel, most of the floor is covered in comfortable tatami. Though some of the furnishings have a little wear, the place including the bathroom, was sparkling clean. As with most business hotels there was a slight staleness of cigarette smoke. Televised Sumo and what i believe was a full televised/recored Kabuki play, were nice. さらに表示

We stay 2 nights for our travels to islands. The hotel is convenient and staff are helpful - the front is only open till 9 pm (check-in till 7pm) but they agreed to stay until 10pm cause we arrive late on our first day. Close to the train station and the port area. さらに表示

Located a brief walk from the Wakkanai JR Station. I stayed in the Japanese styled room with sea view. The view was good, and the room was clean. Hassle free check in and checkout with friendly staff (non English speaking). Facilities were reasonable for the price, and breakfast was provided. さらに表示

The staff is ban in English. Check in time only between 1500 to 1900. I think this is only toilet without automatic function in Japan. Easy to hear what the next room said さらに表示
