7ヶ月の子供を連れての初めての家族旅行でした。様々なあかちゃんグッズが借りれたり、エレベーターすぐ横の部屋にしてくださったり配慮が嬉しかったです。 ビーチも目の前。もっとおおきくなったら絶対またここに泊まって海水浴をしようと思いました。今度は露天風呂付きの部屋が良いなぁ☆ さらに表示

廊下や部屋がじめじめしてかび臭かった。若干アトピーの持っている子の体にぶつぶつが出てきて可哀想だった。　食事も　幼児（２歳）なのに　大人料理の予定です　というので　子供料理に変えてもらったら　今度はステーキにアワビにオムライスのケーキセットなど　これでもかっていう感じで出されました。食べれるわけないやろ！これも　子供料金の設定のないagodaが悪いんでしょうね。 さらに表示

the room we booked was in the annex , or the building located next to the hotel and connected with a walkway. No shower room in the room, and we need to walk out through the walkway to the onsen in the hotel main building which is very inconvenience to us with small kid. the room is spacious and there is nice sea view right in front us, coz the beach is right in front of the building. The dinner and breakfast were in the main hotel building and the dinner is ok, breakfast is buffet style with good varieties of choices. さらに表示

Staff n location are really good. Food (breakfast & dinner) is ok. The onsen relieves tiredness but not as stunning as other Onsen resorts. One big con is the basin in the room has a strong smell of sewage from the pipe whenever the water flows. さらに表示

I would say that it's a perfect experience staying at this hotel. Especially the in-room food service, a must-try item. This hotel provides hot spring service as well and the famous Shirahama beach is just right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend for family and couples, and I'll surely stay at this hotel again next time:) If there is something that need improvement, It will be even better if the staffs converse in English though, but not much issue about that even if they don't. さらに表示

The hotel is across the street of the beautiful white sand beach. The room was a bit old, but it's clean. Dinner was served in the guest room, so expect some oily smell in the room. The food was very good. Breakfast was buffet style, both western and Japanese food, served on the 5th floor. The Japanese breakfast was delicious. The staffs were nice and friendly. Their English was limited, so plz do your research before you go. It's a bit hard to ask their recommendations around the area. Their souvenir store on 2nd floor has a good variety of selections at good prices. By good prices I mean they're the same as you will get them from the market or else where. So if you don't want to spend time shopping around, the store is a good choice to shop. さらに表示

the hotel all room facing beach. only 2 minutes walk across the road then u will reach the beach. walking distance 5 minutes to eating alley. and 10 minutes walking distance to Daiso shopping. infront of the hotel got bus stop , hotel provide free shuttle to shirahama station. さらに表示

Very nice of all staffs ,especially restaurant staff .We late for dinner and we suggested to eat in room because didn’t want to make late off from work but they said didn’t mind ! Room is big but the toilet really very very small .I will come back next time. さらに表示

Jan 12-14 , 2019 Firstly i was brought to the extension building and when she open the room , it smells like no one lived here for at least 10 yrs. Smells rottenand everything ol . And i requested for private tub + toilet , the room only has toilet. After negotiating , they admitted its their mistake and gave us another rm 402 in the main bldg. Nightmare came , everything in the room was again old , torn and tiles in the bathroom have cracks . Its was noisy coz karaoke room was right across us and it closes at 11 pm. I was so paranoid coz this is not what i saw fm internet. Next morning my husband talked to the manager abt this and they agreed to change us to another room on 5 floor . ( mind you the breakfast room is right across us again but since we are leaving the next morning, it should be ok ) i had photos while we were in 402 and after you see the photos, im sure you will not consider this hotel. My hot spring experience in the hotel room is extremely wonderful. There is a bus stop outside the hotel which is easy to find. The view outside the room is very impressive because of the beautiful sea shoreline. You can lighten up some fireworks bought from the shop nearby. The overall experience is very good. さらに表示

Shirahama Beach is right in front of the hotel, which gives the best experience to enjoy the open-air bath and enjoy the panoramic beach view at the same time. Facilities are well maintained despite the hotel has its history. Staff is very nice and helpful and made you feel welcomed during the stay.
