最初に予約した日、5分後にもう一度サイトを確認したところ約1,000円くらい安くなってたので抗議！ 到着時に別途宿泊税が掛かると言われ200円徴収され…それを抗議したら「メールで送信してある」と言われ画面を見せてもらうと確かに記載はあるが値段が書いてない。 スタッフの日本語が分かり辛い。 日本で商売するならもっとまともな日本語喋れ！ 大方、日本人は相手にせず日本に来る外国人相手を狙ってる感じ…。 折角、綺麗で新しいジャンルのホテルを見つけたと思ったのに残念！ さらに表示

部屋もサービスも良かった！ 受付の子は日本人じゃなかったけれど、流暢な日本語だし丁寧だった。部屋は改装したてなのか綺麗で清潔でコスパ最高です。天然素材で作られている為に、他の部屋の音が気になる場合は耳栓をお使い下さいと言われたけど、サービスで耳栓をくれましたが、耳栓を使う程の音は聞こえませんでした。 さらに表示

安くて便利！駅から近く、朝晩とも荷物を預かってくれるので便利でした。地図やバス一日乗車券もそこで手に入れられます。スタッフさんたちが親切で、感じの良い方ばかりでした。廊下は狭いですが、部屋は、隣の部屋の大きな話し声や嚊は聞こえるものの、一人旅には充分でした。キーヤン作の孔雀の壁画が素晴らしいです。 さらに表示

あまりにひどいホテルでがっかりしました。部屋は狭く汚いのは覚悟してましたが 布団はひいたままで、敷布も誰が寝たのか、そのままでした。もちろん浴衣もありません。これなら倍の値段でももっといいところを探すべきと後悔しました。 さらに表示

部屋自体はもちろん狭いです。普通のビジネスホテル並みです。 ただし、ホテルは駅から歩いて10分というロケーションの良さ。 また、宿泊した際に見かけた宿泊客の傾向として、外国人が多かったように思えます。 スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。 このお値段でこの施設、立地条件の良さ、文句はありませんよ。 さらに表示

The receptionist has charged 400¥ /night/person, without any informations before arrived. He said its an additional tax for Kyoto which I don't know before, Do you guy ever heard about it? I don't get any receipt too. The location is okay because its really near Kyoto station. Services and space in the room aren't that good comparing to the amount of money I have paid. Overall this hotel is 2.5 stars for me. If you have chances, I think choose somewhere else. さらに表示

Not that far from train stations and hotel will send directions to reach the hotel. Room is small but as I didn't have large luggage, it was cosy and comfortable. However, they only gave a teabag every 2 days and also only washed the teapot and cup provided in the room every 2 days. The room is quite small so Im not aure i’d recommend for families. No enough space for luggage and other stuff. Recommended for partners or small group (2). But the hotel is nice, clean and complete. Location is near shopping areas and train station. さらに表示

Very clean and cosy space. Might be a bit small if you have a big luggage but area is definitely comfortable! Would go back again if I could! :) tatami style was definitely the way to go! We booked family room, it's located in 5th floor. The elevator only reach 4th floor, which means we use stairs to our room. The room was clean, the bathroom had the fabulous design. It has washing machine inside the family room. The futon very comfortable, We live as real japanese. On 6th floor, there is facilities for guest which was not mention in agoda. 1 washing machine (300 yen / cycle) and 1 dryer (100 yen / 10 minutes). It really help us to have our clothes clean, and save the space on our luggage. さらに表示

The hotel was within relatively easy walking distance to the main train station in Kyoto, meaning access to nearby attractions was easy. The Japanese style room was clean. The ensuite bathroom was small but functional. The owner was helpful in suggesting places to eat and shop, and also about travel connections (including buses and trains). さらに表示

although the hotel is small, the owners provided excellent service that never fails to put a smile onto my face. the owners prepared a small gift which they left in our room addressed to my girlfriend during our stay. they were extremely helpful in providing information about attractions and interesting events. the place was extremely clean and we felt at home. the location was very good and convenient with so many convenience stores nearby. the hotel is also very near to jr kyoto station and kujo subway station. さらに表示
