非常に満足
Very nice hotel in a great location. We had the room with en suite toilet/shower, worth the upgrade. Included breakfast is a fixed menu, nicely done but not deluxe. Beds, as most are in Japan, were extremely firm. Staff were extremely helpful with a couple of minor glitches. Ski drying room was nice. Parking was adjacent to the hotel and Hakuba Goryu is a short walk up the hill, though there is the skier shuttle stop just down the street as well. さらに表示

The staff were really exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. Breakfast had good variety for everyone and was a perfect start to the day.
The location is great, right below Hakuba Goryu and easy on and off the slopes. Highly recommended! さらに表示

It is for sure not a luxury hotel but it is warm and cozy family style. People there are nice and helpful. Ski resort is a 5-10minutes walk. Good if your main travelling purpose is skiing. さらに表示

We actually stayed in their sister hotel - Montblanc, also in Goryu (as they gave us a free upgrade). The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us out with our activities. The hybrid 'Japanese / Western' room was cozy, and having a private bathroom and also onsen in the basement was great. Not many dining options in this part of Hakuba but we liked the small Japanese place nearby. さらに表示
