長野駅から徒歩で５分位で立地は抜群です。設備は古いですが料金が安く、スタッフの対応と24時間ソフトドリンク飲み放題は有り難いです。朝食も早い時間にホテルを出発でしたが、袋に入れたパンが置いてあり気遣いが良かった。但し、部屋と風呂の換気扇がうるさかった。夜寝るだけなので、安くなった宿泊費で豪華な食事が楽しめましたし映画見放題も良かったです。 さらに表示

The hotel claimed they want to support environmental protection but the tableware was disposable. The hotel did not maintain the room condition well because we found wall mold and some strange stains in the room. I will not recommend this hotel. さらに表示

Simple breakfast, bread, inari sushi, coffee, soup. Service is so-so. Room - definitely not the cleanest but is acceptable. Gotta watch out for noisy refrigerator at night. Overall - good for solo travellers/backpackers. さらに表示

The hotel has really good location and very easy to find. Price is considered okay not very cheap. Can easily hear noise from nearby rooms or corridor. Though it's not my major concern. Hotel provides breakfast, which considered slightly better than normal b&b hostel. You can keep bags there. Staff are polite and good with their service. Toilet is clean. My room has the residual smoke smell, but it's common in Japan. Considering I booked the last room available for that day, I could not complain that. But it's better to state the room is smoking rooms. Overall experience is good. さらに表示

I loved the customer service at this hotel. I arrived earlier than the checked in time, and the agent was able to storage the luggage for me. I went to the Togakushi shrine (which was around 30 to 40min by foot) and when I came back, my luggage was already in my room, so nice surprise! Then I asked the two gentlemen at the front desk about directions to the Snow Monkey Park and they were awesome. The older gentleman even printed a map with the bus schedule and gave me a detailed explanation. The hotel itself is pretty close to the JR station (about 5 minutes), as well as from the convenience stores and restaurants. The room is tiny, as most of the rooms within this price range, as well as the bathroom, but it didn't bother me. The front desk is 24 hours and they offer free breakfast (a simple one, with bread and coffee) from 7 to 9AM. So, totally recommend it!!! さらに表示

It looks like a very old hotel slightly renovated. The room smelled very bad (it is a smoking hotel so all the walls / curtains smelled cigarette). Paint is falling apart and you could tell they tried to renovate a bit (there were 2 airco units, a very old built in one and a "more recent" external one). さらに表示

すごく良い
At first I was put in a smoking room and didn't realise. I speant 3 hrs in there and after coughing and cleaning the air conditioner filter and having the window open inte middle if winter I had enough . I went and asked for a non smoking room to which the staff gladly let me swap. They have free wi if but only in the lobby downstairs. Free bike rental and close to shops, transport and temple さらに表示
