家族3人で利用させて頂きました。部屋は古さが目立ちましたが許容範囲内でした。カーテン開けたらボロボロの屋根が目に入りお世辞にも景観が良かったとは言えませんでした。 なによりも、スタッフの対応が残念な事。いつも冷たい目線で、この客は何言ってるの？みたいな顔されてとても不愉快。客商売なのに、どうゆう教育されてるのか…と思いました。 二度と利用したくないし、友達にも勧めたくありません。これで宿泊料6万近くも払ってすごーく残念でした。せっかく素晴らしい場所に来たのに、台無しでした。 さらに表示

さすがに平湯の湯元だけあって湯量も温泉のバラエティも素晴らしい。同行者は大きな子供でなく、車いすが必須の身障者であったが、身障者用シャワー椅子の手配、家族風呂の提供など、従業員の心遣いも徹底されていた。難点は部屋が少々古く、温泉独特の臭いと湿気が気になった事。カーテンのクリーニングなどのケアが必要と感じた。 さらに表示

Surprised that my two nights stay include breakfast and dinner as it was not stated in the booking confirmation. Buffet breakfast and dinner if you stay for 2nd night, will be 7 course dinner. Excellent view of Mountain. Will stay here again if go Kamikochi さらに表示

Good location next to Kappa Bridge(Kappabashi), approx. 300 m from bus station (not far for hotel in Kamikochi). Hotel is very beautiful,restaurant with great outside view, good public bath. The staff is very helpful, I like my Japanese style room. The only minus thing is there is no grilled meat in my dinner, the staff told me that because I stay 1 night, while the next table stay 2 nights(and they get grilled meat). . さらに表示

The hotel has both reukan and starndard room but I suggest you to choose the Reukan japanese style. Its make you stay as japanese living. The hotel locates very close to Kappa bridge. さらに表示

Booked 2 rooms. Was told would be given a room with river view during check in since we arrived early. But when we came back in the afternoon, both rooms were at 1st floor and facing the roof. Very disappointed. さらに表示

Hotels in Kamikochi are more expensive than I paid elsewhere but worth it. Friendly staff speak good English. Buffet dinner and breakfast included good mini versions of western food as well as the Japanese. I arrived early and left late, no problem at keeping my luggage while I was out walking. They up-graded me to a japanese-style bedroom with view of the mountains, wow! さらに表示

I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Shirakawa-So. The hotel is literally next to the river with an incredible view of the mountains. My room was beautiful and newly renovated. The staff was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. They even cooked me a special meal to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I would highly recommend staying there! さらに表示

Great service and unexpectedly awesome dinner was included, really felt like a special experience. Hotel is very cozy and location is perfect. Expensive, but that's how everything is in Kamikochi. If you're going to splurge and stay in the park, might as well stay here さらに表示

Pros: indeed an excellent location and incredibly convenient if you want to do long climbs and have to leave early. Amazing dinner in terms of quality, even if service is brought in a uniform style for all guests at the same time. A very copious breakfast. We had a nice, spacious room with a view on the river. The receptionists at our arrival were not particularly helpful to recommend good hikes in the mountains (language barrier), but a younger colleague on the next day was. Cons: no real points of criticism. All in all an excellent deal and definitely worth the money to stay in the valley. さらに表示

Location couldn't be better, just 500m from the Kamikochi bus stop and visitor center, yet you feel like you're out in the wilderness. Staying in Kamikochi is not cheap (unless you get a tent) but $270 / night seemed a little high for just a tiny room with Tatami floor mats and futons. The staff are amazingly helpful throughout. Even though it's not an onsen, since its not a natural hot spring, the baths they have are still nice (though they really screwed up by having the steam on the windows cover the view). さらに表示

For a price of US $350 a night, I think I expected a little bit more from the room and food. Its location is good and just a few minutes' walk from the bus terminal. I did not compare the prices of the neighbouring hotels. But it is good to spend a night in Kamikochi. さらに表示

It was everything we expected and more. Set very high in the mountains with wonderful walking and hiking tracks. Have never seen such beautiful scenery. Autumn is a wonderful time to go. Highly recommend this place さらに表示

Surprisingly most staff I encountered can speak English. Out of coverage for most networks but they do provide own Wi-Fi. Best location (5-minute walk to transit bus stop and in the middle of tracks)with best price (I got to use their promotion rate with dinner and breakfast). So-so food and pubic bath (it's not a hot spring ryokan anyway). Spacious room with view. Absolutely recommendable. さらに表示
