ひどいサービス！詐欺師- スタッフ しげよし! The most obnoxiously insolent and Abhorrently impertinent male staff- Shigeyoshi. He behaves like a mercenary & a fraudster in a putrid fish market! Bartering with me on the room rate which I have already reserved on Booking.com, which he felt was too cheap and wanted me to pay more from the Hotel’s walk-in rack rates instead! Either that or he would downgrade me to the smallest room available!!! He vehemently demanded me to pay more than what was reflected on booking.com final reserved rates or move down to a smaller room! I refused and told him that I would make a complaint about his behaviour & the next reviews on social medias is negative from me. I was Shocked by his sudden aggression when he shouted at the top of his voice:”NO! YOU GET OUT!!” And then he continued shouting in long string of indecipherable Japanese! I told him to get the Police to settle the matter. He refused and then simmered down. Confiscated my room key card & EVICTED ME! さらに表示

The lady at the front reception when I first check in was very nice and accommodating. Gave me a good room. Subsequently, the man staff wants to move me to a smaller room and on a lower floor! I was unhappy! So I will check out tomorrow! さらに表示
