私は始め間違えて本館にに行ってしまい、フロントの方に丁寧に場所を教えて頂き、地図ももらいました。、別館のホテルスタッフがいないことや、TELで本館のスタッフに電話し、解除IDや部屋番号が知らされる方式だったことは事前のホテルの口コミで分かっていました。難波駅にも近くそこまでは良かったのですが、一階の入ってすぐ横の部屋で、キーナンバーの電話のやり取りがうるさく部屋にいても聞こえました。四角形ではなく、変な形で狭くてベットのそばは横向きにしか歩けないくらいでしかも、部屋にいても狭さとうるささで落ち着かず、他のホテルに移ろうとTELしましたが、土曜の夜だったので、シングルの空きが無く仕方なくあきらめてとまった状態です。次は利用しません。 さらに表示

スタッフの評価は、不在のため中点です。これは問題ではなく、最初からのサービス体系です。インターホンで予約したことを伝え部屋番号とパスワードをもらいチェックインします。商圏の中心部のため飲食に困ることはありません。なんば駅（JR,南海等々すべて）まですぐです。 さらに表示

素泊まりならありですが、ホテルに心地よさを求めているなら違うホテルにした方がいいと思います。フロントなどもなく、インターホンを鳴らし、スタッフの方とインターホンごしで会話をし、ホテルのオートロックナンバーを教えてもらい入ります。部屋は狭いし壁が薄いのか道路沿いなので車の音、歩行者の会話も全て聞こえます。布団も薄く、冬場の夜はエアコンなしでは寝れないくらい寒いです。ハウスダストも凄いのでアレルギーの方はやめたほうがいいかもしれません。 さらに表示

リクエストをなるべく静かなお部屋としていましたが、1階の101号室でした。車の音や人が歩いて話声まで聞こえてきて、朝方まで寝ることが出来ませんてした。設備は仕方ないとしても、ビジネスでは利用出来ません。 さらに表示

ツインに宿泊しましたが！部屋のベッドの配置など各ベッドにUSB.コンセントの差し込み等あり最高なんですが…チェックアウトが10:00に設定されているのですが突然09:00になると空調が運転準備中になり冷房が効かなくなり送風のみしか出なくなり、ちょっとこれにはびっくりしましたね‼️ 私達宿泊した日はちょうど台風接近で少し蒸し暑く…シャワーを浴びてチェックアウトしようと 思い浴びたものも汗が止まらず最悪でしたw これぐらいですかねちょっとこれはないなぁ〜思ったのは…他はフロント無人対応でしたがインタホーンでの対応も丁寧ですし良かったです！ また機会があれば是非宿泊したいですね！ さらに表示

駅近なのは良かったのですが、空調機は全くきかず部屋が涼しくなることはなかったです。まさかのドライヤーもなかったです。無人のホテルなので聞くこともできず。空調機もホコリがつまっているのが見えるしお風呂もお湯をためたのですがザラザラしていて浸かってすぐにあがりました。掃除が行き届いてないのかと思いました。準備されていたパジャマも臭かったです。 さらに表示

Pros: -Hotel location is very near Namba Nankai Station and Osaka Metro Namba Station -Walking distance to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market -There's also a nearby Kohyo Supermarket (maybe 10-15 minutes walk), 2 Family Marts, and a nearby bus stop Cons: -Upon arrival there is no staff to assist, only check in via an iPad. But because we had problems with the iPad so a staff came to help us check in. -Small room - booked a Twin Room but it was cozy. Room can fit 2 medium sized luggage + 1 small hand carry luggage, has a mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, bathtub and toilet, toiletries and towels, slippers too. -No luggage storage area - but you can store it at their other branch or go to Namba Hands Free Center (2 blocks away only from the hotel) or use the coin lockers. さらに表示

One of a unique way to check in in this hotel.. they have no staff in reception area, we only use video camera to communicate with each other.. Nice hotel with a super tiny room, 3 of us bring a huge luggage.. and we have to take around for open our luggage.. The location is superb.. so close to namba station and dotonburi.. The check in process was quite tedious because there was no staff available to assist us personally. The instruction was done via video call and the staff knew little english so there was a big language barrier. There was no check out process in place either. We just left the hotel as there was no available staff to assist us in checking out. If you are looking for a hotel where you can leave your baggage before/after checking in/out, this is not the hotel for you. The location is very convenient and the hotel is nice and clean, although relatively small. Highly recommended for solo travelers/couples who are looking for a budget friendly hotel. さらに表示

The location is great. 15 min walk to Dotomburi. Just 2 min walk from the nearest Convenience store. You rarely see a receptionist. We checked in on the other Hotel branch which is 10 min walk from this branch (Hotel S-Presso the North). The room is small but we don't mind. We booked a room with 2 beds. The bathroom has a tub. I didn't like the toilet bowl because it's not the usual japanese toilet that has bidet, It is just a regular toilet bowl. There some dirt in the shower curtain . Free use of towel, tissue, toothbrush, and hair dryer. The place is small, once the elevator opens, it gives you access to your room right away, just 1 meter from the elevator door to the room door. Per floor there are 2 rooms. Again, we don't mind of it's small. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Recomended to all travelers. Stayed for 6 days. PS. Don't get lost. Check google maps because there's two Hotel S-Presso in Nanba. The other one is with "The North". さらに表示

Excellent location in Osaka! Really great! But the room was smaller than pictures, and wasn't cleaned each day. We wait the 3rd day to have a cleaning. Towels were really small and used. Besides that, it's a good value for money and really near Namba. さらに表示

we arrive early just to drop our luggage but then the check in process were long. we communicate through ipad and the receptionist was at the other hotel. Hence, he asked us to check in from that hotel which we need to carry our 20kg luggage nearly 600m. さらに表示

Besides the caption mentioned, nothing great about this hotel and I will never stayed again. The room come with ought shape and not in rectangular, make us difficult to even open up our luggage. We do not even see any of the Hotel crews as the check in is via video/audio intercom. If you expecting any facilities like a hotel then forget about this place. Very small room ! Location is superb, walking distance to many location. Only disappointing fact is we have to leave our luggage at another hotel which is 10 minutes walking distance away. Imagining you drag all your luggage there. さらに表示
