非常に満足
レビューがあまり良くなかったので不安に思っていましたが、フロントの方も人当たりがよく、子供にも優しくて良かったです。お部屋もきちんと掃除されていて、強めな埃アレルギー持ちの夫も鼻がグズグズせず快適に過ごせました。また、浴場も大変快適で、特にサウナが高温でかなり気持ちが良かった。疲れが取れました。ロビーには足裏シートや部屋風呂用の入浴剤等の安らぎ系アメニティが置いてあったり、部屋には多機種対応の充電ケーブル、テレビでYouTubeも観れるし、くつろげました。 また函館に行く時は利用したいです。ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

深夜ciで、滞在時間は短かったのですが。 色々な設備がロビーフロアにはあったみたい。pcとか、コーヒーとか。必要でなかったので確認しませんでしたが。そういうサービスの案内がお部屋にもあると親切。せっかく用意しているんだもの、アピールしましょうよ、ともったいないなと思いました。 もひとつ気になったのが、匂いです。建物が古いのか、空調かな？それが残念。 スタッフさん、応対スマートで、ぐっすり眠れて◎お世話になりました！ さらに表示

It took me a bit longer than the qouted time on google maps to walk there from the train station. The hotel is modern with nice new rooms and facilities. Not much open at night around the hotel though but there seems to be plenty of life 1 block away. さらに表示

Customer service is superb. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Location is also good. At the center of hakodate. Just a walking distance to morning market and other spots. Good value for money. But pls note that the room has no airconditioning unit. Only a heater. Perhaps because of the weather. We opened our window the whole night which is okay. さらに表示

Spend there two nights. Parking to be charge for car rent, 500yen per night. Housekeeping not done properly, never refill toilet roll. Bed is not comfortable, feels like out of cushion. No view from room, window is covered by gloss tint. Receptionist is not really helpful for the usage of tram and ways to get around town using public transport, but kitchen staff is very polite and they offer more variable drinks on breakfast. Breakfast was excellent in set menu, local japanese bento as well as western cuisine. Hotel is located very near shops and restaurants for lunch and dinner. Near the main tram line and 3 stops from the Mount Hakodate ropeway. Convenient bus stop nearby to the airport. There's one public bath alternating for men and women at different times. It was really crammed. Overall, it was a pleasant one night stay. さらに表示

The hotel is probably 25 minutes away from Hakodate Station and the road to the hotel is tend to be slippery during winter. However there are quite some qood restaurant nearby and hotel staffs are very friendly. Daimon Yokocho is a few streets away. This could be a good place for foods. さらに表示

The location is quite close to the public transport system. Room is small but clean, typical for most hotels in Japan (IMHO), breakfast is a small set meal, not like the buffet style offered in several other hotels also in this price range. Booked this hotel this time because I couldn't get a room elsewhere, overall the stay is comfortable, but for the price I believe there are better options in Hakodate if you book earlier. さらに表示

We were disappointed over the Onsen in this Hotel. There's only 1 Onsen which we have to share different timing scheduled by the Hotel.. it is so rediculous... As We need to go Onsen together we do not like to be scheduled in this way as it will definitely disturb our travel scheduled... we will not recommend to any travelers.. さらに表示

It has plenty of car park space which is just opposite to the hotel. The car park rent is jpy 500 per night which is quite cheap comparing to other hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful and can speak English well. Nothing to complain about. The hotel is clean although there is nothing surprising on quality. さらに表示
