非常に満足
熊本空港からリムジンバスで通町筋まで行き、そこから歩きでホテルまで行きましたが、アーケード内だったので、警報が出るほどの雨でしたが濡れる事なくたどり着きました。たまたま選んだホテルでしたが、助かりました。繁華街なので飲食店選びには困りません。ホテルで傘も貸してくれました。熊本城も近くて良かったです。 さらに表示

立地がアーケード街の真ん中で最高です。 交通会館、電停、コンビニなどどれも近いです。 エレベーターが居酒屋と共有ですが、居酒屋は２階とb1なので、客と混じることはあまりありませんでした。 設備はシンプルですが機能的で考え尽くされていると思います。 シャンプーなどのアメニティの品質も、平均的なビジネスホテルよりかなり良いと思います。 朝食のビュッフェは（私のプランでは別料金でしたが） 熊本の郷土料理や地元の食材がたくさんあり、 都心とは思えないほど安らげて満足できるものでした。 洋食もありました。 部屋のlanは、線を挿すだけで、快適です。 フロントの挨拶や対応もきちんとしています。 唯一、バスタブの大きさだけが、大柄な人にとってはきついかもしれませんが、 次回も熊本に行くときは利用したいホテルです。 地方都市のビジネスホテルとしてはかなり満足度が高いです。 さらに表示

I will definitely visit this hotel again. The Japanese style accommondation is very good for young couple with 1-5 year old children. I visited this hotel days ago. My son has lost his pants in the hotel. As we checked out and left for another city, call the front dest, they were very helpful and the pants was found and delivered by the staff. They are polite, helpful and considerate. I strogly recommend this hotel and will be back again. さらに表示

For our family of three, we booked the triple room with tatami area, it was spacious with walk in wardrobe. The room is very clean and nice. While the entrance to the hotel is not very prominent and not too impressive reception lobby, we were pleasantly surprised with the nice room. Hotel reception staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is located next to the shopping street and walking distance to the shopping mall and Kumamoto Castle. Overall very pleased with the hotel. さらに表示

The location is great, located on shimotori, close to popular restaurants such as ichiran, and the hotel is 5-min away from kumamoto castle and tram station. Rooms weren't big but very comfortable and tidy. Most staff cant speak in English but with friendly attitudes and willing to help. Highly recommended. さらに表示

Pretty standard business hotel, but nicer than average. Tidy room that smelled fine, common areas in good shape, friendly staff (though no English was spoken). The building is on a busy street with bars and restaurants, close to shopping and the castle area (as well as both streetcar lines), so it's a convenient location. The street does have a lot of tipsy salarymen staggering along with younger women at night, but the noise doesn't reach up to the room. You'll want to take note of the name of the hotel in katakana, though, as that's the way it's shown on the big sign visible down the block. さらに表示

not far away from the main stations in fukuoka. (usually walking distance) it's quite close to the subway / underground. rooms are quite clean and quiet at night. no disturbance from the trains or something. worth staying and the money!
