東北出張での乗り継ぎのため利用しました。上野駅から徒歩数分の良い立地、テキパキとしたスタッフ、清潔で快適な部屋、申し分ありません。 さらに表示

京成スカイライナーで成田空港に行く為こちらのホテルを利用しました。京成上野駅に徒歩6分位部屋は思ったよりも綺麗でバス、トイレは綺麗です。前日に東京ドームホテルに宿泊しましたがベッドの硬さが良くテレビも50型位で大きい。枕は硬いでした。 さらに表示

3連泊でしたが、エアコンの故障で翌朝は風邪気味となり、生憎にも満室で代替の部屋も無くて最終日には別部屋への荷物の移動やらで不自由しました。因みに何の保証、弁済もありませんでした。 さらに表示

立地、価格は申し分ないです。 暖房が温度設定が出来ず、つけておくと部屋の室温が30度近くになり、換気するためにドアをしばらく開けておく以外方法がないっていうところだけが、残念です。 夏は涼しいのかな？それとも寒すぎるのかな？その辺りは心配なところといえます！ さらに表示

Near to Ueno station, easy to find. Great location to stay for JR Shinkansen to other cities/town and Keisei to Narita airport access. Like other hotels in Japan, it's rooms are typically small but clean. さらに表示

Location of the hotel is near to Ueno Station. Remember to use the Iriya Exit as this exit has escalator which is very important if you have luggages. The hotel is just opposite the Iriya Exit on the right. Room is pretty small which is the norm for Tokyo Hotels. さらに表示

I had a very good stay here. Perfect location - just a 3 minute walk from UEno JR station (Asakusa exit), yet it is quite enough at night and in the morning. I must say the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They let me keep a big baggage 1 day prior to check-in and after check-out. Also they are very welcoming and speak English quite well. The only thing I dislike is the stairs at the entrance of the hotel, making it hard to carry many/heavy baggage. But at the night I left the hotel, a male receptionist gave me a lift by taking my heavy baggage! Would definitely stay in this hotel again for the 2020 Olympic Games! さらに表示

Location is very nice. Convenient to Ueno JR station , Ameyoko shipping center, and nearby sightseeing town like Kawagoe, Chiba. I really realized convenience. This time I went to Kawagoe using Shinkansen and JR. Only 1 hr trip. But I enjoyed half day trip before boarding flight to USA. さらに表示

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were great, staff very helpful and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel is situated very close to Ueno station which makes it a breeze to get anywhere in Japan. I would definitely stay here again さらに表示

We have stayed for 5 days. Arriving at 6pm, we noticed the bed sheets had a lot of stains so we requested the service desk to change them to clean ones. The staff who could not communicate well in English kept telling us the sheets were clean and that he could not change then (to cleaner ones). He then took us to the next vacant room to show us: yes the one next door was even worse. So we left a request to make sure something cleaner could be replaced the next morning. The room smelt really bad with smoke. We sprayed the air freshener everyday but it still had the same bad smell on our last day. The location was really good though: close to JR and Shinkansen and Ameyoko. Other things are ok (like there's a popular bar and restaurant downstairs) but is definitely the dirtiest hotel we have stayed in Japan over the last 10 years. さらに表示
