朝早く出る予定の旅行で事前に朝ごはんの時間を確認していたにも関わらず　当日になり1時間遅い時間を言われ結局朝の食事を取れませんでした。 夕飯の時間も指定されていたのに会場の前で20分も待たされました。 もう二度と利用はしません。 さらに表示

We stayed at Taisetsu for its proximity to the Sounkyo ice festival. Although we only spent 1 night at the hotel, we enjoyed the hot spring facility and the amazing choices and generous portions made available at the buffet restaurant. The gift shop also offers a tremendous number of gift choices to suit all tastes! The staffs were friendly and helpful and it was a bonus to find out that there's a shuttle that takes us from Sounkyo to Asahikawa provided by the hotel. さらに表示

First of all, the view is very nice, but there is a long way to the hotel from the terminal, we had spent about 20 minutes for the journey. The hotel is very big, there are 3 different types of onsens located at different area. The sunset view is perfect at the newest onsen. さらに表示

The best thing about this hotel is the outdoor hot spring bath. The staff are also very polite and will try their best to help you. Parking is complimentary, meals are all buffet style. Food was average. Hotel seems to cater to large tour groups , they come and go quickly so it doesn’t really impact us much, although it can be crowded at dinner time. さらに表示

Old but clean. Love the view outside my room. And the gaming room on the ground floor. they have big souvenir shops and small supermarkets. Very nice because Sounkyo is literally dead after the sun sets. Food is ok. Love their Grilled steak at buffet dinner and pastries at breakfast. Onsen is alright. Stayed in 2 adjoining Japanese style rooms with 2 kids (the hotel does not have connecting rooms). Rooms are tired, but maybe fairly common for the area. Breakfast range is smaller than other hotels we stayed in Hokkaido but OK, dinner buffet range was better. Kids cutlery, plates, high chair etc available .. but amazingly these were not offered to us and we had to find ourselves (after noticing these set up for other tables). Variety of onsens (3) was great as we were able to find quieter onsens with our kids. No wifi except in hotel lobby. Overall, quite expensive for what you get but the location in Sounkyo Gorge is lovely and options are limited. さらに表示

we arrived late at the hotel but they kept our food. I was expecting bento boxes but they did the full dinner setup for us including my young children. We were really impressed. After 3 hrs of drive on the snowy roads with 3 young tired children, that was really thoughtful. Great onsen hotel with 3 onsens which open till late. The decor and setup is basic but the view of the mountains and the onsen facilities are great. Will definitely head back again さらに表示

This hotel is really large and the tatami room we stayed in was huge. It was nice and warm with a view of white snow covering the mountains. We enjoyed our buffet lunch and dinner where the spread was Japanese food which was extremely delicious. Wifi was available only at the lobby and there were comfortable lounge chairs for us to plonk ourselves. さらに表示

The hotel is a little old,but service is good and buffee and spa are value for money,but the hotel location is not so good. It located at the highest hill of this area. If you come alone without hotel bus,then it will be difficult for you to go to the hotel by yourself with luggage さらに表示

The hotel is quite far away from the hotel areas down the hill and the sign to the hotel is not properly placed and pointed to a long and slanting stair and definitely not suitable for traveler carrying luggage. The better road finally identified took 5 minutes to the cable car station and another 10 minutes to the main road which is not too bad in summer but definitely not recommended for visitors travelling in icing winter. さらに表示

Room is good but staff lack of english knowledge and horrible jap,western fusion dinner spoil everything. Also the lack of booking option in agoda to include children rather than adult caused me to pay more than what is needed. さらに表示
