The room was small, very noisy (3de floor next to the big road). The AC on switch had a strong green light located just above the bed that kept you from sleeping. The onsen was not clean. さらに表示
The hotel is overpriced given that there is no onsen and the poor services.
When we arrived, the staff didn’t help us move the luggages upstairs nor escort us to the room. At night, we called to ask for cold water and chopsticks and the staff insisted speaking in Japanese only which I couldn’t understand. He even got pissed and asked us to go downstairs to get the water and chopsticks ourselves.
We stored our luggages after check out. And when we went back to take our luggages, we found they were just being put at the lobby with nothing to secure them from being stolen.
The only thing good about the hotel is it’s close to Kōchi station. さらに表示

We loved it here! The family room was perfect with toys, books, dvds and play space for the kids. We loved the kids toiletries packs and the robes were great for them to pretend play ninja in. The Japanese style breakfast was plentiful with such variety of food every morning and the lovely ladies were very accomodating and attentive to our needs.
Our room was spotless and nicely set-up for us when we first arrived at night time which was a nice touch. The hotel is so close to the station and perfectly situated on the river. For myself, my mother and my children, the spaciousness of the room, location and nice personal touches made such a great impression that we will be bringing extended family back here next trip. The hotel location is fairly convenience because convenient stores and restaurants are nearby. Staff are friendly. However, this hotel facilities are old and car park is small and difficult to park. Staying for 2 days didn't feel comfortable as the mattress were too soft and made my back bone pain. さらに表示
