This was my second time here. The hotel was clean and well appointed, and the staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. They have small performances for guests most nights (helmed by some local musicians) and the proprietor even serenaded is with a couple of Japanese classics. The hotel is located near a convenient store and many restaurants, however a car might be needed to get to the place as it is located in quite neighbourhood area (quite hilly). The rooms were spacious with great facilities such as massage chair in room, and a variety of outdoor bath which you can reserve ahead of time. This really helps guests to unwind and relax (one of the outdoor baths has a great view of the city). さらに表示

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy! Best of all, we had an awesome massage chair in the room! I also thoroughly enjoyed the onsens and we also rented a private onsen which was fantastic for my shy hubby so he could experience it for the first time! Extremely friendly staff and they were also playing live music at night which we unfortunately missed. I would definitely return to this hotel and I wish I had stayed for more than one night! さらに表示

到步時，立即有職員接待，分好行李後會自動擺入房。期間職員會帶到休息間，給歡迎茶和點心，然後幫大家預約溫泉。之後會介紹酒店設施再送大家上房間。他也會給你一本file, 裡面是介紹房內用品，例如如何穿浴衣，泡茶等。晚上我們外出用餐，他也會詢問我們回來的時間，以便他們佈置床鋪。 晚上我們上頂層浸溫泉，泉水不是太熱，露天原本很好，但當晚太大風，所以很冷。 整體而言，我還是會推薦！大部分原因相信是員工的服務。 さらに表示
