ビジネスホテルとして必要最低限のものは揃っています。お部屋も綺麗でした。 コインランドリーを使用しようと思ったら、夜は24時までしか使えないと言われたのが少し残念でした。 大浴場の利用時間はホームページに記載がありましたが、コインランドリーは特に記載がなかったため、洗濯ができず困りました。 それ以外は駅からも近く、近くにコンビニもあったのでとても良かったです。 さらに表示

The good things about this hotel are very few - 7 mins from train station, opposite to a huge Supermarket, comfy Twin beds, good size Twin room & almost new rooms in Annex (do not know about Main hotel). Amenities offered are too few - hair conditioner & body lotion, free coffee, all only available at Reception. Small table with not enough storage space in room, only 1 chair for Twin room??? First given Twin room 108 in Annex which is next to Washing machine, staircase & door to Annex, thin walls between rooms - very very noisy! Complained and given Twin room 110, which is available right from the start. When we arrived at 10.30am on check in day, I begged and asked the Lady at Reception in Japanese for a quiet room and yet she gave us the most noisy room, 108, warui desu!!! さらに表示

It's about 10 minutes if taking a walk from Hachinohe train station.The hotel has a wide parking lot but the room is relatively small and with light smell of smoking. Most guests are seems to be males but ladies also can enjoy the night here including the Japanese style public bathroom for females. It's recommended to have dinner and breakfast here because there are not too many options for meals nearby. さらに表示

The staff was incredibly helpful and had lots of information to spare about Hachinohe. However, during my entire stay my friend and I were never able to connect to the wifi on multiple devices. Even after discussing with the staff and trying various methods. The beds were comfy, it's close to the shinkansen station and breakfast was delicious. The staff were also kind enough to hold our bags after check-out so we could explore the town for the day. さらに表示
