鰻谷のど真ん中だから、あたり前ですが場所は最高に便利です。 そもそもこのエリアにある多くのホテルは、どれも古くさいビジネスホテルの改装程度で、廊下は臭いし部屋は狭いし光も入らない窓やバストイレも推して知るべしレベル。そのくせに繁忙期は18000円とかする。それに比べたら、このホテルは数倍の快適さがある。 そもそもが元々マンションとして建てられた建物だから、すべてが堅牢に作られていて、静粛性も非常に高い。 ホテルのシステムとしてはうまく機能していると思う。フロントの人の対応も十分なサービスを提供しているし、部屋の備品や照明も過不足ない。ベッドも寝心地は悪くない。 ちなみにお風呂にはバスタブはありません。でも天井からのシャワーと、シャワーノズルのある手持ちシャワーが同時に出せるので、身体を温めるのは普通に出来ます。 唯一、んん？って思ったのは、ベッドの真上にエアコンがあるので、風向きを変えないと寝にくいのと、エアコンのリモコンは存在せず壁がある設定ボタンで調整する必要があります。 とはいえ、部屋の機密性は高いので、好みの温度になったところでエアコン止めて寝ましたが朝まで快適でした。でmも真夏はそうはいかないかな。まあ最低の中国人たちがたむろするレベルではないので、また使いたいと思います。 さらに表示

This hotel is rather new and has everything you need. 200m away from Shinsaibashi shopping street, staff are super friendly, facilities include free coffee/tea, equipped with affordable coin laundry, lots of convenience stores, cool decor and common lounge. Enjoyed our stay fully! さらに表示

Room for 3 beds was very small. Had to put suitcases under the beds otherwise we were tripping all over them. All staff wore badges with names and languages spoken which was handy. Free coffee machine, although quality not great. Next door to nightclubs and bars, but very quiet room. Great shower. Great location if drinking and eating is important to you. We loved this hotel... its location couldn’t be better for a brief trip to Osaka for shopping and great food! The hotel breakfast deserves a special mention... a fantastic array of food to suit most palates as well as some excellent Japanese fare. hotel is close to Shinsaibashi station (M19) easy to go everywhere in Osaka with red subway. came out on exit 1-3 and you will see dean and deluca shop. please go straight and see sight exit south 10 on the right hand sight. go up to escalator you will find Uniqlo shop. and now it easy to go the hotel. さらに表示

Hotel is located near to the Shinsaibashi shopping street, restaurants and is easily accessible from the metro. The 24 hours coffee machine and laundry machines are super useful for travellers. The only downside: the triple room is small and cramped when you have a couple of luggage and the headboard of the bed is dusty. Otherwise, we loved our stay here. さらに表示

Stayed here for 6 nights over early January. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children in a triple room. Yes room was small for 4 people but we knew that when we booked. This did not bother us as we were out and about for most of the day. The cost for 6 nights was very reasonable. Hotel location was very convenient with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's new and clean, rooms are small but well designed to work. Library and coffee/tea making facilities on the reception floor is a nice touch to address the lack of space in the rooms. Excellent location for short stays, near lots of restaurants and within walking distance to shopping/river. It has the best facilities as well service. Friendly staff and a great shower will melt your heart. There’s a 24hours coffee machine for you. Enjoying a hot latte in winter is simply amazing. The location is great as it is 5 minute-walk to the shopping area Shinsaibashi. The subway is around the corner too. Truly worth the value. Will be back again. Thank you The Flag! This boutique hotel is so chic! The triple room is tastefully furnishes albeit a bit crammed. The beds were very comfortable and the toilet was excellent with great shower amenities. Recommend this hotel also for its convenience to the shopping belt. さらに表示

I love the character of this hotel. It is well-designed, the moment you enter their automatic wooden door, you know you're in for a treat! Lobby is cozy, staff are friendly. Enjoy free good tasting coffee at their artsy area 24/7. Washer and drier available for a minimal fee. Room is small, but good enough for 2 people. My only complain is the location of their tv which is on the side of the bed. Would have been better if it was placed in front of the bed. Location is convenient to shops, restaurants and bars. さらに表示

I have been to Osaka many times over the years and this year decided to pick a new hotel over my regular one as the reviews for the Flag were quite good. I was not disappointed. It’s in a great location and rooms are standard for Japanese hotels. Bathroom is more than adequate and amenities were good too. Will definitely stay here next time I travel to Osaka. さらに表示

It was a great stay in The Flag. The hospitality was top notch. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Their breakfast is just so hearty, I love it so much! Location are just nice, 5 mins walk away from the Main Street. Will definitely choose the flag again if we are going to Ōsaka! さらに表示

The hotel located around 10min walk from Shinsaibashi station at the entertainment and shopping central pf Osaka. The hotel is new, super clean, very detail to bring comfort to guests. The interior and the ambience is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and speaks english well. Tye receptionist Tong is very kind. We don't book breakfast but he gave us free breakfast 1x.
