今回2度目の宿泊でしたが、前回同様、スタッフの方も丁寧で、このお値段でこの清潔感。近くには東寺駅、ショッピングモール、京都駅迄も15分かからないくらいの好立地です。1人旅でも安心して泊まれるHOTELです さらに表示

新しいホテルでとてもきれいでした。 エレベーターの前の部屋でしたが、音も気にならずゆっくり休めました。 場所も東寺駅からはもちろん近いのですが、京都駅からもイオンを突っ切ってしまえばすごく近いと感じました。 また、WBF会員になるとラウンジでお酒やソフトドリンクが飲み放題だと言うことがお得でした。 また今日もに行くときには使いたいと思います。 さらに表示

オープンして間もないホテルでしたが、スタッフの方の初々しさも含めて雰囲気がよく、過ごしやすいホテルでした。京都駅へ徒歩で向かうより、すぐ近くの近鉄から乗ってしまうと、とても移動が楽。 夜、近くでご飯（または一杯お酒とか）…と出てみたときに、ほとんど店がありませんので、京都駅周辺や出先で済ませてくるのがおすすめです。 朝食はセットにせず、宿泊のみで利用しました。 さらに表示

京都駅から歩いて行ける距離にあり、市バスの始発バス停九条車庫も近いのでどこに行くのも便利です。設備はデザインが良く流石に新しいのできれいでした。アメニティーも質がいいと思われます。チェックアウトの時に雨が降っていたのですがフロントには傘が売っていなくすぐ近くにもコンビニが無かったのは残念でした。 さらに表示

お部屋は広くてバスユニットも綺麗で広く使いやすかったです。時にバスユニットの段差が有り過ぎて不便な時もありますが、ここは良かったです。大きなテレビも見やすいし、京都駅から歩ける距離で、前にイオンが有って買い物にもべんりでした。また行きます^_^ さらに表示

We booked this hotel last minute for a weekend away to Kyoto, was not disappointed. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Staff very welcoming, and as we joined the WBF hotel club we were able to access the hotel lounge with drinks (including wine, whiskey and sake) and snacks available between 4 pm and 9pm. Would stay here again when in Kyoto. If you have a lot of luggage I'd advise changing to the Kintetsu line and taking the train to Toji station to access the hotel, it's rather a long walk from Kyoto station if you have heavy bags. さらに表示

a 15-20 minutes walk from JR Kyoto Station (considering carrying a big luggage), a 5-8 minutes walk to Toji station. Aeon Mall is only 5 minutes away. A spacious room for you to pack and unpack your luggage (2 big luggage in a twin room). overall it was a very nice 3 nights stay. さらに表示

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area but within 15 min walk to Kyoto Station. A few staffs were able to converse in English fluently. The hotel is well kept, room is clean and has all the basic needs. If you need to heat up your food, there is a microwave for guest to use on the ground floor. AWESOME. Staff spoke very good English so it was very easy to communicate. The room was super clean, it was baffling! I gaped when I entered the room after a long travel from tokyo. The amneties were perfect. For the price I paid, it was too pleasant of an experience, it felt surreal. Definitely would come again if I visit Kyoto! さらに表示

It's 750m from Kyoto station. Strategically located near the center but still quiet and less crowded which I really liked. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's newly built so the room smelt fresh. My family and I had a very pleasant stay. さらに表示

Hotel is a bit far from JR Kyoto station. When you go back to the hotel at night, it is quite on the street. Room is clean with basic setting. Overall it is value for money in a big city. さらに表示

I booked a room with this hotel (via Agoda) because of it's location and reasonable price. However, at check in the staff pointed out that my Booking Confirmation, from Agoda, states the "Number of Adults" is 1 but my wife was checking in with me. I had never noticed this before and concluded I must have failed to amend the this option when booking the room. Since I had booked a "Superior Twin" room, with two double beds, I asked what difference this error had. To my shock I was told the difference was 10,000 Yen. The staff explained that the hotel charged not per room, but on the number of occupants in the room!!! I have never heard of this and I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Asia. I have always simply booked a room and never once been asked how may people would be using the room. I argued this with the staff but they would not change their position. So I had to pay up or lose the room and my full payment. I paid the extra 10,000 Yen. So don't get caught out! さらに表示

It is just located next to Aeon, 10 min walk from Kyoto station bus stop. The hotel is new and clean, the room and the bed are bigger than regular Japanese hotel, even with a small sofa and coffee table, very nice !! The only drawback is the window is blocked, can’t see the view, and it is next to road and may have some traffic noise at night. But it is still fine. さらに表示
