今回、滞在組数が数組しかなかったら、良かった けれど、ホテル横の駐車スペースが、10数台位しか無く、ホテル地下にスペースがあるらしいが、雨が強く降っていたため、地下に止めさせてほしかった。 さらに表示

こちらのホテルは何度か利用させていただいてます。 温泉の船室がとてもよく、広々した浴場も気に入ってます。 今回コロナウイルス蔓延中とのことで温泉街も大変静かでした。ホテルはお客様が少なく大変だと思います。 従業員の方、フロントの方が親切に、丁寧に対応していただきました。 予防対策がしっかりとされており、お得な価格にも拘らず、夕食は部屋食、朝は豪華お膳でした。 大変幸せな気持ちになりました。 さらに表示

We have stayed 2 hot spring hotels while in this area, and both me and my husband love this hotel so much. It is not as big as others, but small the service, the room arrangement, the cozyness, the food are non comparable. The reception prepared English user instruction that helps a lot. Located just directly opposite the noboribetsu onsen bus station. The hotel is also located on the shopping street & very near to the bear park(15mins walking). The rooms are a bit dated & the bathroom is extremely small. The dinner provided was delicious & delicate. Food was fresh & taste good. A big highlight of my stay. Onsen is good but the outdoor onsen is very small. The massage service was great & at a reasonable rate. Great hotel to relax. さらに表示

Hotel location is good. Just at the entrance of onsen street and close to bus terminal. very convenient! The room is big and clean. Onsen is comfortable. Breakfast is nice with plenty of choices, both western or japanese style. The only drawback is the in room dinner. Not very good at all. さらに表示

I must say I paid a very reasonable price for a very central locted onsen hotel. The onsen itself is OK, big enough to have different types of onsen to choose from. The room is clean and The hotel staffs are very friendy and helpful. However, the dinner that we had was a bit disappointing. I know I am not paying for a 5 star quality meal but I don't expect my grilled fish and steam egg is room temperature warm. I feel like they were sitting there for quite sometimes. さらに表示

We requested for a Japanese style room but were surprised that the beds werent laid out until 8pm. Quite a disappointment for us cause we wanted to rest upon checking in at 4pm from an almost 2 hour trip from Sapporo. It is something that they should have indicated in their website. I also find check out too early at 10am whereas checkin is quite late at 3pm. They charge additional per hour of late checkout. And could not be flexible with that. Onsen facilities were also old and worn down. Some of the staff were very nice & accommodating but we did encounter a rude/ grumpy guy in reception. Location is perfect though - near the bus station, the main attraction, and the restaurants/ shops. さらに表示

Once you stepped down from a bus to Noboribetsu,then get across the street, you will find the hotel right in front of you. I wonder why the hotel does not provide name in English letter, it annoyed me. Inside, you will be pampered with freindly reception and nice onzen for your relaxation. さらに表示

The location is just opposite the Onsen stop. Hotel is well maintained despite the age. Staff are really helpful and polite, they even have staff guiding you to your room upon check in. While I stayed in a Japanese room, they sent staff to make the futon bed at 8.30pm. The room is also clean, and spacious. Their onsen are also superb, really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is about 10-15 mins walk to the hell valley. Would definitely consider to stay there again. さらに表示

We glad to choose yumoto hotel noboribetsu for its strategic location. bus station just across this hotel, drugstore and convenience store nearby, bear park ropeway and jigokudani are within walking distance. And the onsen was really good, they switched the male and female onsen daily at 2nd floor or 3rd floor. the 3rd floor had outdoor onsen! さらに表示
