コスパがいい！受付の人がとても親切で、感じが良かったです！
シャワーのあとのマットが、水はけがよくてきれいでした。
ただ、朝の朝食サービスで食パンが焼けない？のは、頂けない状態でした。 さらに表示

駅から近く立地がとても良かった。チェックインは本館で、部屋は本館よりほんの少し離れた別館にありました。部屋にはテレビ、エアコン、バスタオルとフェイスタオルがあり布団も敷いてありました。１階には共用スペースでお茶やコーヒーなどが楽しめます。冷蔵庫もあったのですが、外国の方のお土産品などがぎっしり詰まっていて使えませんでした。でも十分快適に過ごせたので満足です。また利用したいです。 さらに表示

すごく良い
煩かった。利用者のモラルの問題かもしれないが、一階に泊まった際、必ず泊まる部屋の前を二階宿泊者とトイレ、風呂利用者が通る為煩かった。特に深夜チェックインで大きな声で話す利用者が煩かったので寝つきにくかった。また、子供連れを二階に宿泊させていたので、ドタバタと足音が聞こえて煩かった。子供連れは一階に泊めるべきだと思う。衛生環境は良かった。施設の外も深夜うるさいのでとにかく煩かったに尽きる。
It was annoying. It may be a problem of the user's moral, but when staying on the first floor, it was troublesome for the guests and the bathroom user to go upstairs on the 2nd floor in front of the room where they always stay. Especially because the user who speaks loudly at late night check-in was troublesome, it was hard to sleep. Also, I had children with me staying on the second floor, so it was annoying to hear stumbling and footsteps. I think that children should stay over on the first floor. The sanitary environment was good. Outside of the facility is also late at night so it's all too annoying. さらに表示

Traveled with gf, had a great stay. Location was really close to subway station, facilities was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Flight wasn't till night time but staff still let us keep our luggage at their hostel even after checkout. さらに表示

the room was spacious enough. everything was clean. high-tech toilet. towels provided.toiletries were provided: shiseido shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, facial foam. breakfast provided. futon was clean and comfortable. laundry service provided with yen. although it's shared bathroom and toilet, there were more than enough hence only minimal waiting time for shower. さらに表示

Everything is perfect here, even the shared bathroom! It provides free simple breakfasts as well (toast and all kinds of jam). There is no elevator and guests need to climb the stairs; however, there is an luggage elevator, so that you don't need to carry your heavy stuff. Love it and will definitely come next time :D さらに表示

The guesthouse is easy to find from west exit ikebukuro station (main gate). We also can use underground way exit C6 with elevator or C1 with no elevator and the guest house is not far from this exit さらに表示

We stay 4 nights at House Ikebukuro and the service was superb good. owner of the hotel, she is very friendly and kind. We left our big baggage at the hotel while traveling to Kyoto and Osaka with no charges at all.
The hotel provide light breakfast, it helped to save a lot for budget traveler.
Feel so warm like staying at own house though traveling far to Japan.

this is my first time stay in this hotel, actually cant say it is a hotel ,it like a hostel more , with ur own room , but you need to share the bathroom and showeroom with the public, it is cheap and clean , is suit backpack traveler さらに表示
