A few minutes away from the train stations if you figure out the route through Hankyu. There's a lift that gets you to Whity underground mall which is connected to Umeda Station but the lift was non-operational during our stay due to ongoing renovation of the mall. The room is small as could be expected of Japan hotels but it was cozy and well-appointed. Each room is equipped with a capsule coffee maker which is one of the deciding factors we chose this hotel. Clean room and bathroom. The ceiling is a bit low in the shower area though so take note of this if you're above 6' tall. Breakfast is good but it's the same options everyday. They only served bacon once out of the 3 mornings we were there. The staff were courteous and friendly. The street at the back of the hotel is lined with restaurants and bars. さらに表示

Room is extremely clean and new as it is a new hotel. However, it is very cramp. Literally no space to move about in the room especially if you have large piece of luggage and you will have to put in on coffee table (round). Good hotel location. Nice modern hotel in the middle of umeda. You can walk there from the train station using underground via Whity shopping mall, and go out from north mall 2 exit. It's very near to many shopping malls & shopping street with lots of places to eat. It's also very near to the big Don Quijote stores where i could buy souvenirs, so it's very convenient. The staffs are friendly. However, just like typical hotels in japan, the rooms are tiny, so may be squeezy if u hv many big luggages. さらに表示

You can get better food at ground level rather than at the basement mall for which the hotel is uniquely connected via a special elevator. There are good value food streets just surrounding the hotel where you can get quite a variety of different types of food. The rooms are impeccably clean and well kept. It is located near Osaka & Umeda station which makes travelling easy. It might be confusing at first at where the hotel is located as it doesnt seems to be visible at sight. But it is just near the shopping arcade and is walkable and with the sign indicated to the hotel. さらに表示

Check-in promp n efficient. All desk staff spoke English n friendly. Luggage on transfer handled efficiently. Rooms r small (though comfortable) extremely clean modern n coffee tea making facilities with fridge. Bed, pillows very comfortable. Shower awesome with good quality toiletries. Our room had a view of the local ferris wheel. Close to Osaka n Umeda Stations, underground access to rail next to hotel. Numerous eateries nearby. Happy hour a treat. A great stay. さらに表示

We enjoyed the stay very much. Room size is small but it is the standard of Japan which doesn’t bother us. Room is clean n neat. Water pressure very strong which is a big plus. Hotel stuff at front desk very helpful n welcoming. I placed a special request to see if they are able to have on setting up some arrangement which may beyond there ability. However, they tried their best in giving us a little surprise on offering a complimentary drink n a snack goodies. To our surprise, there was a live jazz band performance on the night we got the drink which left us a unique memory of the little surprise. It’s really the icing on the cake. Hotel location is near from hep five ferris wheel & restaurant. In order to catch up the morning flight, we suggest to use airport bus (to Kansai Airport) which is around 500m by foot from this hotel.. さらに表示

Every hotel room in japan has a very small space, but for this hotel, they have a very clean and nicely decorated room, and they hav a small coffee machine in the room. The room view is good, we can see the big ferris wheel from our room. さらに表示
