12月中跟朋友2人住4晚，如果只住一晚或許還可以。 不滿意處如下：房間悶熱但空調只有暖氣，沒法調溫度，空調未開則浴室抽風機也不能獨立開啟（只能開窗通風需小心）製冰機損壞需至一樓櫃檯取、電梯難控制、早餐品項少、熱水壺蓋壞需開蓋倒水 滿意處：人員服務好、樓下有7-11、水熱很快、離鬧區近 總結以上一晚平均臺幣3729，覺得太貴 さらに表示

清潔に整理整頓された気持ちのいい部屋です。バスルームは設備が古いままでしたが、清潔です。ただ、騒がしいエリアにあるため、若干外の音が聞こえてきたのと、朝は掃除なのか若干物音がして、チェックインギリギリまで寝ようとしましたが目が覚めてしまいました。お値段もお手ごろなので、しょうがないですね。 さらに表示

The staff are very nice and accomodating.The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to all the hot spots in Osaka like Dotonbori,Kuromon Market,Shinsaibashi and only a short train ride to Den den town and Universal Studio Japan. Travel to and from the airport is convenient by train via Nipponbashi station or by Dotonbus which stops at Doton plaza, only around 3 to 5 minute walk from the hotel depending on your pace. さらに表示

Excellent location. Clean. Nice limited breakfast choices and can get tiring after consecutive days. Be warned that the hotel is on ‘centralized’ airconditioning and during our stay (April 16 to 21) it can a bit warm at night even with the (8th floor room) windows opened. Problem with opening the windows is that it is a bit noisy considering the location of the hotel, not to mention the crows. Japanese hotels are quite small compared to western standards and this is true with this hotel. Overall, we like the place but maybe do something about the room airconditioning, let individual room control its own temperature please. さらに表示

The hotel room required renovation as those are pretty old toilet and beds. My single bed mattress sagged. The toilet provision and design is pretty old. Horrible flushing sound that can wake up everyone. The laundry machines only 2 available. It’s just not enough. I can never get any free slots to do my laundry. さらに表示

Location is wonderful. Easy access to good food at Dontonbori. Room are clean. As we travel in March, hotel switched on heater instead of air-con. Therefore, it is a bit stuffy & warm in room. We Off it & opened the window to allow cool air to enter instead. Breakfast is ok, can consider introducing more bread & fruits selection. I gave excellent rating for staff, Ms Yui Serikawa because she was so helpful & calm when handling my situation (I lost my hubby while walking in busy Dontonbori). Hotel is very clean, friendly staff and they are all helpful and accomodating. Stayed for 5 nights - it was all worth it. They served delicious breakfast meal (buffet). Hotel is Very close to Namba station. Then, 4-5 minutes walk to dotonbori (Where the famous glico man is). I love the ambiance around the area, full of life!! I will definitely recomment this hotel to my family and friends. Definitely be back!!!!! :) さらに表示

It’s located near to Dotonbori, with many food and shopping places nearby. It’s a 15 min walk to Namba station. If you have luggages, I would suggest that you get a cab there to take the Nankai airport train to the airport. さらに表示

The location of the hotel is near dontoburi, and seems to be located near the clubbing or red light district area. Distance from train station: It takes about 5-10mins walk from either namba station or kintesu nipponbashi station. So, if you are travelling with big haversack, you will need to travel quite a distance to the hotel. The hotel is easily located as it is one of the highest building along the stretch of buildings. As this is near the clubbing area, I have requested for a high level room, and was granted the request. Henceforth, I have good sleep thru out my stay in the hotel. Accomdation wise, the hotel interior design does not seems to be up to date with the current era. The hotel itself looks kinda of an earlier era. Separately, if one would like to request for check out extension, please bear in mind that like most hotel in Japan, you will need to pay addition fees for the extension. Food wise: there is a 7/11 at the ground level of the hotel, and as mentioned earlier, it is near dontoburi. Henceforth, there are abundance of food option for you to choose. Staff wise: all the staff that I encountered are very friendly and tried their best to answer to my queries. Overall I will give a 7.5 out of 10 for my stay in this hotel. さらに表示

I had addressed a letter to the GM before I check out, so there’s not much to say here. My stay was excellent. Most staff were passionate, helpful and very obliging. If there is anything to pick on, then it’s the aircon which was very cold. I stayed 9 nights. さらに表示

Rooms are spacious for Japan standard. Booked triple room for 3 adults and there are sufficient space for us to put our luggages. Staff are really friendly and able to lend us umbrellas when it was raining. Near to Kuromon markets nearby which have an excellent variety of fresh seafood. At the corner, there is a crab restaurant and ramen restaurant. The noodles restaurant is highly recommended. Food is really good. Can head to Doton Plaza to book bus to Kansai Airport directly. さらに表示

Ideal location, very convenient, few step to shinbashi - namba, close to metro. Highly recommended! BUT the standard room was too small for family with kid - 3 person (2 adult + 1 kid 3 years old), so please don't go for standard room with double bed or 2 single beds. さらに表示
