子連れで連泊しました。 外から１５時に帰ったら、掃除がされておらず。 １５時半にお掃除隊が現れ掃除したいと。１６時に出て行くので待って欲しいと伝えたら 一度引き下がった後すぐに来ました。 １４時半以降に 掃除に来て すぐに掃除出来ない場合にはゴミ捨てだけになりますと。 ホテルの都合を言って来ました。 着替えて２０分後に出て行くのでちょっと待ってと 帰ってもらいましたが。 連泊と掃除については、何の事前説明もなく。 不毛で不快なやり取りでした。 設備は一部壁の剥がれ等あるものの スタイリッシュで、良い感じ。朝食も種類はそれほど多くはないですが、一つ一つ皆美味しく満足です。 掃除の件が無ければなぁと言う印象です。 経営側には この様なやり取りは上がらないでしょうが、お客を減らしますね。 惜しい。 さらに表示

It's location is good. There's a Lawson by the hotel. The nearest subway is a 5-minute walk away and Times Car Rental is right opposite the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent too. さらに表示

It is within steps to the nearest Subway Nakajima Koen. Front Desk staff is always friendly whenever you approach them. the Lawson Mart attached to the hotel is definitely another plus point. Overall, the hotel was good and value for money. Room was spacious enough for me to open up 3 luggages. Breakfast was nice. Newly gym was opened at the hotel as well. A 10 to 15 mins walk to the shopping area. さらに表示

This is my first time staying at Ibis Style Hotel Sapporo. 1st impression, the hotel looks clean and simple and it's located near the city center, so it's easily for us for going around. They have family room with 3 beds, as I have a group of 6 person so we booked 2 family room and they put us in the same floor, side by side. The restaurant for breakfast also provide various food, so we can choose anything. Overall, I am satisfied to stay at this hotel. さらに表示

The staff being friendly and willingly to help you with your question. The room were so spacious which is seldom seen in japan hotel. The room is clean and neat. The breakfast variety consist of english and japanese fusion. Just that english variety is abit less. Overall iove the hotel and will be back again さらに表示

Hotel is really close to the Nakajima Koen tube station (about 6mins walk) which is about 4 stops after the JR Sapporo station. There's a convenience store in the hotel premise which makes it super easy to grab food items, milk and snacks and it's 24 hours! There's also the airport limo pick-up at the Vessel Hotel which is just right across the hotel plus it's the first stop so high chance of getting a seat. No reservation allowed though so do make sure you head over earlier (last bus to the New Chitose Airport is at 11.00am). I travelled with my teens so we booked a triple sharing room. Room was spacious and clean. The only thing is that they don't provide bottled water which wasn't a big issue since you can easily buy water from the Lawson convenience store downstairs which costs only JPY98 for a 1.5L. Ibis hotel near Nakajima koen station & Airport transfer bus stand. The room is big & clean. We are 2 adults with 3 children accommodate for 4 nights (3 double beds). The breakfast is consider good & the menu will change everyday. The staff is friendly & can speak English well. さらに表示
