すごく良い
駅から直結の商店街を5分ほど歩いてから住宅街に入ってすぐの所にあり、夜22時を過ぎても明るく人通りもあり女性ひとりでも安心感がありました。 女性専用ドミトリーに4泊しましたが同室者に恵まれ、ひとり旅の外国人や留学生でしたがとても気遣いのできる人たちで心配していた騒音などもなく、適度に交流を楽しみつつ自分の休息時間もしっかり取れ、とても快適に過ごせました。オーナーも明るく可愛らしい大阪のおばちゃんという感じのとても親しみやすい方でした。 駅からゲストハウスまでの商店街には、パン屋、総菜屋、ドラッグストア、スーパー、100均、50円自販機まであり、道すがらに必要なものは何でも揃いました。商店街には飲み屋のほかにカフェもいくつかあり、駅の反対側に行けばミスドやマックなど女性ひとりでもお店に入って食事ができるようなところもあり、ロケーションはとても良いと思います。この町に住んでみたいと思ってしまいました。 ゴールデンウイークでほかの空きがなかった…という選択肢なしゆえの結果でしたが、仕事での滞在のため重視していた休息もしっかり取れ、国際交流の非日常感と下町の雰囲気まで満喫でき、結果大満足でした。 気になった点を少々。 宿泊した部屋には鍵のかかるロッカーなどはなく、同室の人は安全だという前提でなければトイレにもシャワーにも行けませんし、私物を残して外出することもできません。同室の人に恵まれて問題ありませんでしたが、同室者次第ですべてが左右されるかと。また室内は飲食禁止でお湯を沸かしたりもできません。共用キッチンまで降りていくのが面倒なのと、人もいっぱいだったので結局一回も使用しませんでした。 アパート一棟まるまるゲストハウスで、宿泊した一室にはA〜Cの三部屋があり、玄関の目の前に脱衣所なしのお風呂、洗面台、トイレとあります。玄関のドアは常時開けっぱなしでA〜Cの各部屋に鍵をかける感じです。わたしは二段ベッドがふたつある4人部屋でしたが、A〜Cの各部屋が満室であればかなりの人数でトイレやシャワーを共有することになります。 さらに表示

my second time here. 10 mins walk from Momodani station. The street is full of restaurants, bars, convenience stores --10 mins feel like nothing. The room is small but OK. The owner is very friendly. The time i visited, there wasnt crowded at all. It will be noisy when crowed さらに表示

Mamodani train station is about 5 minutes walking..three stops to Osaka Castle. Use 5 days jr wide pass and travel easily Kansai area. Food stall, mini market, hallal shop along the route to the guesthouse. Sleep peacefully because situated at small alley. Mrs Nami is very kind and helpful and speak English.Mostly foreigner guest and all of them were polite .Friendly neighbourhood. Communal kitchen is a plus because can cook simple dishes for fussy children.Additional electric stove should be provided. I definitely will stay again さらに表示

IM guesthouse isn't in a good location, it's far away from the metro station and Osaka's attractions but if you use the JR passes, it's ok. The apartment is cold, the showeroom is small and rundown. The positives Nami the owner is really lovely, she will make you feel very welcome plus the price is cheap so you can't expect the Ritz. さらに表示

Nami-san i s the greatest host. She was so helpful and kind. Place was 500m from the nearest station. You will passsed some local market and u can buy anything in 5 mins. Room was clean and she even didnt check our room before check out because she believe we keep the room clean. She provide kitchen and u can keep your food or even cook. Everything we can use. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The locality is not touristy, and the covered shopping street is within walking distance. It is accessible from the JR Loop line, not the subway line, but the loop line is convenient and frequent. You need to call the owner, she is not always there. さらに表示

Value for money. Near Momodani station where inexpensive stores, dining choices are strategically located. We stayed in a room with shared bathroom at the 2nd floor. In case you have big and heavy luggage, request for a room at the 1st floor as the stairs are steep. If there will be an option to be in a room with private bathroom, that will be great. It was good except for trying to find it at night the first time. It can be near on impossible cause everything is so dark and the guesthouse is on a small alley. Very quiet area though so you will sleep peacefully. Korean guests can be noisy though. The aircon was a treat during the hot days we spend there. The room is simple but comfy. Wifi was good too. I was a bit scared before booking this place because I've been reading reviews and some said it's dirty. Actually, I found this place very pleasant. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. This is a bit away from the livelier parts of the city but it was at last minute and I didnt have a lot of options it was very good however and I had a comfortable stay. The owner was very friendly and turned up within 5 minutes to check me in as I arrived late due to getting lost. さらに表示

It fitted my budget perfectly so I could explore more places. It's good as the guesthouse is among local friendly & helpful residents. Some areas (staircase, laundry area, ground floor area outside rooms) needs minor renovation. Also the dining room needs to be aired to get rid of the dampness smell. さらに表示

Staff are very kind and friendly, I felt like I was at home, The facility is also good, The location is JR-line friendly, Even though I used Kansai Thru Pass (using JR train costs extra money) I was very statisfied. If I come Osaka again, I would come here again :-) さらに表示
