新大阪駅に徒歩5分ほどなのでアクセスはとても良いと思います。 お部屋も広くて良いです。 ただ電球が1つ切れていて、終始お部屋がなんだか暗いなと感じました。 さらに表示

場所が最初見つけられなくて焦りましたが、無事にチェックインできました。お風呂の浴槽をためたら髪の毛がいっぱいういていたので、そこだけ気になりました。部屋も広く、必要なものもそろっていて、近くに24時間400円のコインパーキングがありとても助かりました。この値段でビジネスホテルより広く、こんな綺麗なところに泊まれて良かったです。ありがとうございました！ さらに表示

新大阪駅から徒歩圏内でとても使いやすいと感じました。 今回、仕事で利用しましたが、どこに行くにも駅が近いのはやっぱり便利です。 ビジネスホテルよりも広さがあるのと、キッチンが備え付けられているのでグループでの利用にも向いていると思いました。ホテルだけど、お部屋感があって落ち着きました。 次回も利用したいです。 さらに表示

Great location as it is just 8 mins walking distance to shin Osaka station, convenience store is just 4 mins walking distance, spacious and comfortable, good facilities which furnished with microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, heater. No staffs at the hotel but very responsive and helpful via e-mail. Check-in may be little difficult if you’re not familiar with system. Really recommend this place! Just a few things that need to be improved-cleaning, no WiFi in room, no TV cable(only Japanese program). さらに表示

It's essentially a Japanese studio apartment building with a remote check-in system (no reception). Apartment was decently equipped with all the bare essential gadgets you'd expect to find in an apartment, but beyond that, it's DIY for cleaning and tidying up if you don't want to pay an additional fee (and change of towels also comes at an additional price). A little bit creepy at night (the neighbourhood it's located in felt deserted), and there was no security at the main entrance of the building. さらに表示

The staff at this hotel was so helpful! My daughter lost her fanny-pack at Universal Studios and unfortunately because of the language barrier we were not able to communicate with the staff at the park. The staff at the hotel stepped in and did all the communicating with Universal Studios. My daughter got her fanny-pack with her phone and money back the next day thanks to the assistance of the hotel. I sincerely appreciate their help!! さらに表示

Self check in was easy, apartment is clean and tidy. 5 mins walk from Shin-Osaka Station. The only bad thing is that there’s not convenient store nearby the apartment area and we had to walk quite a distance. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! You have been warned!!! I want to make sure I let EVERYONE know, my stay here was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! It took 90 minutes just to check in, and we had someone who spoke fluent Japanese. No one is there to help, and if you only speak english, you are sh*t out of luck!!! NEVER AGAIN!! さらに表示
