オープン間もないとのことで設備は新しく充実しており、奇麗でした。 コンドミニアムとのことでいい意味でほっとかれ感が心地よく、 キッチン、洗濯機も各部屋にあり、レンタル器具も充実しているようで 連泊なら一層楽しめるでしょう。 受付ロビーが狭く、スタッフの方も少人数で回されているみたいで慌ただしい感じでしたが、 丁寧に応対してくれて好感度高いです。 線路が近く、列車が通過する音が聞こえますが、気になるほどではありません。 繁忙期だったため、料金高めのようでしたがそれでも十分リーズナブルでした。 さらに表示

金沢駅西口からだと行きやすい。滞在中はNETFLIXが見放題、朝食のパンやジュース、コーヒーは飲み放題、チェックアウト後は駅まで送ってくれるなど、サービス満点でした。スタッフさんもすごく優しくて丁寧でした。また泊まりたいです。 さらに表示

Some of the nicest staff we encountered on our trip. Loved having access to Netflix. Facilities were great. We rented the bikes and made seeing all of our destinations in Kanazawa easy and fun. If ever back there would stay again さらに表示

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our travel to Japan. It is a 10 - 15 min (flat, not hilly) walk to the main Kanazawa train station however definitely worth it if the price remains reasonable. Why its worth it? Great size rooms, super clean and tidy, large T.V with inbuilt Netflix for those rest days / evenings, basic but lovely toast breakfast complementary, beds were super comfy (maybe medium hardness), pillow were also good. Air-con was great. Room had a washing machine and dryer combo! Room had a workable small kitchen (sml fridge / electric hotplates / sink / prep space), staff were the best of all our hotels (and we didn't have any bad experiences with any staff in Japan). Transfer to the Kanazawa train station was complimentary on check out which saved us the walk after our long touristy days. Would definitely stay there again if I visit Kanazawa again. さらに表示

We got a free upgrade from the super friendly lady staff who helped us with the check in. She escorted us to our room and patiently explained to us all the amenities and facilities. Room is very spacious with 4 beds, living area, balcony with a washer and a luxurious bathroom with a tv. Breakfast is free which consisted of toasted breads and hot beverages. After a cracker-box Hotel room in Tokyo, this place was awesome. Large suite with a kitchen and all the amenities one could ask for. They really thought of everything. Super comfy beds too. Complimentary coffee, tea and cold drinks all day in the lobby and breads and croissants in the morning. Short walk to convenience stores and supermarket. Can’t say enough about how nice and helpful the staff are. Lots of helpful information about the area and getting around. We happened to mention we were headed to Shirakawago next and they advised us we would need reservations for the bus because it books up. Good thing because when they called for us, only a couple of times were still available. Although it’s not as central to the City’s main sights as some other places, it is a short walk to the train/bus station and there are plenty of buses from there to get around town. We walked to the fish market directly from Inova in about 15 minutes. さらに表示

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Inova. The facility is very clean and high-tech, but the most impressive feature is the wonderful people who work there. Everyone was friendly and goes out of their way to assist us during our stay. The experience really exceeded out expectations and we will definitely go back to Kanazawa just to stay at the hotel if for nothing else. さらに表示

This is a boutique hybrid hotel a stones throw or easy walk from Kanazawa station. The suite gave us ample room and nice to have a small balcony. sliding partition to section off, sleeping areas staff are the best asset and communication very good. bonus was a great TV with Netflix. さらに表示

When I book the hotel i thought it is only a normal empty apartment for rent. Sort of like AirBnb. I got my first surprise with the friendly staff when i checked in. And by the lobby, there are so much information about travel in city and many snacks and drinks. Walk in my room, another surprise. Fully equipped with anything you need for a comfy stay. On the table beside bed, charging a cellphone with internet provider free to use in staying period. Even Netflix is provided in that a big tv. Clean. Tidy. I had a good night rest in Inova. Five stars was not enough to express our gratitude to Inova Kanazawa's staff. First, despite to counter operation hour has to closed at 9pm, the staff help us to check in later than usual operation hour. And the apartment's facilities was so perfect, you can find anything at your own room. And when we have to back to kanazawa station after pick up the luggages at the hotel, a heavy rain suddenly fall, a nice staff, Tama san, offered to drive us to the station with her personal car. Although it's already past our stay hour, and although she has to drive four of us with our luggages two times in a row. That's really heart touching moment for us. We also want to say thanks to the male staff (unfortunately we forgot to ask his name) who have to stay till late night to wait our late arrival at the hotel. Very clear instruction was provided to the hotel. The reception staff speak reasonably good english. She also taught us the way around the city and ensure our comfort at all times. The rooms were of good size with a kitchenette and washing machine. Overall we enjoyed our stay. On the last day the toilet experienced some choking. Hope this was resolved. さらに表示

Very friendly staff especially the lady staff, Kana. She is very helpful and patience. She is one of the main reason that make our stay enjoyable. She is very helpful making reservation for us to goto Shinagawa go and also ensuring us that not to worry that my Son who has lost the hotel internet phone as it can be traced with the gps . She even left a note at night that the phone is eventually found and they will send someone to pick it up as we need to checkout the next day.. I don’t really find any significant con from the hotel except the noise when the train passerby as the room is pretty near the track. Therefore light sleeper may find it is a problem but my family has no issue at all:-). However we were told by the staff that the hotel will very soon upgrade the windows to make sound proof. さらに表示
