欧米の方が多く宿泊されていました。宿泊設備に関しては、古い建物の改装のようでしたが、木の温もりのある雰囲気を残しつつ、清潔に保たれていました。 この施設にしかない特徴として、共有スペースに囲炉裏があることです。夜には近くのコンビニで買った酒やつまみを持ち寄り、他の宿泊者と交流することができました。 さらに表示

いつも女性専用ドミトリーを利用しますが、初めて男女共用、しかも海外からの利用者が多いこちらで、安眠できるか心配でしたが、以外にも静かで、スッキリ目が冷めました。私は車で行きましたが、駅から徒歩圏内で、いろいろなお客様から使い勝手がいいだろうなと思いました。キッチンも使いやすく、自炊が楽しめました。ここの特徴はなんといっても囲炉裏！18時に着火します。シェアディナーは19時スタート。干物は3種類、缶詰は2種類いただきました。海外の方も上手に箸をつかっていらっしゃいました。また泊まりに行っちゃう予感がします。リビングが居心地よく、買い取って自宅にしたいぐらいです。宿から徒歩圏内に土日は9時から利用できる源泉かけ流しの亀の湯があります。安くて楽しい宿と、その近所の源泉かけ流しの湯。二之平温泉を堪能しました。 さらに表示

箱根は何度も来てますが、二の平に泊まったのは初めてでした。早朝に箱根神社へ行かなければならない用事があり、それに間に合う朝一のバスに乗れる立地の安い宿というだけで探し始めたのですが、オシャレな囲炉裏スペースの写真などにつられてこちらへ。 写真の期待通りの宿でした。 ゲストハウスやホステルに慣れている人なら、全く問題ないでしょう。 外国人の宿泊客が大半でした。 本来なら、彫刻の森美術館など徒歩圏のスポットを観光する時に利用するとベストでしょうが、バス停や、箱根登山鉄道の駅も近いので、箱根観光には不便無い立地です。周辺はコンビニ（ローソン）も近いし、意外にも飲食店も多かったです。また、箱根はクレジットカードが使えない飲食店が多いのですが、この周辺は何故かPayPayが使えるお店が多く、現金の持ち合わせが少なかったので助かりました。（ただし、まだ導入したばかりのレストランで、店員がPayPayに慣れてなく、使い方をこちらが教えることになりました。定着すると良いのですが。） なお、この宿に温泉は無いのですが、周辺には安く温泉に入れる施設もあります。普通の民家のような場所で入り辛いですが、「二の平入口」バス停から宿へ歩く途中に、マツコの知らない世界で紹介されたことがある「亀の湯」がありました。 さらに表示

Beautifully presented guesthouse with friendky staff. Our Japanese twin room was very large and spotlessly clean. Only downside was the traffic noise as we faced onto the road and during the day it was quite busy, but it did quieten down overnight. There is a lovely and well equipped share kitchen and a communal lounge and bar. We couldn't try our the evening meal as it was fully booked, but we had a delicious and cheap meal just round the corner at Futaba. さらに表示

Great value, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Only basic Japanese style room (when you pay for private room), but the shared dinner around the indoor bbq was one of the highlights of our stay for the chance to chat and laugh and share food and travel tips with staff and fellow travellers. All the facilities you’d expect and near a Lawsons and right next door to the amazing Outdoor Sculpture Museum. They can even direct you to a sister accomodation nearby with public onsen for only ¥500 さらに表示

We really enjoyed our night at the guest house. It was quite a trendy surprise among the sleepy Gora-Hakone. We knew as soon as we walked in that it was a good pick. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was a bit like a capsule since it was a small space and up a small ladder. It was hard to tell from the pictures but the room had a landing where you can stand to dress and stage your things. Only complaint was that it was very toasty at night! But I think that might have been an attempt to combat the negative outdoor temps. The open grill and lounge was a nice place to have a drink in the evening. The staff were very keen to help us get to our next destination which we appreciated as it is a rural area where google maps gives stop and bus names in Japanese. The open air museum next door was also a highlight for us. Overall , a really great stay. さらに表示

Stayed here in June 2019 with a friend. We checked in late at night and were treated with every courtesy, nice staff, clean room and decent facilities. An old building but kept up to date with all modern amenities. Nice fireplace and very clean bathroom with decent showers. Location of the hostel is great. I can go everywhere in Hakone by bus stops near it. Staff is super helpful, so I can deposited my luggage before check-in and after check-out time. Facilities including shared bathrooms, toilets and kitchen are good and clean. If I have a chance to go to Hakone again, this hostel will be my first choice! さらに表示

There is a bus stop just outside guest house. Staff are friendly & some can speak Mandarin. Very clean & nice experience sleeping on tatami mat. Stayed in family room. We requested for mountain view.
