部屋が5階なのは、荷物運ぶのに大変でした。予約する時点で部屋の回数が分かると助かります。 大人数で泊まるには良いかも。エアコン不具合の時早く対応してもらえて助かりました。 さらに表示

真新しいドミトリーはカードキーにて出入りするようになっており、セキュリティは万全！ その他専用のロッカーキーも渡され広すぎるロッカーを使うことが出来ます。 何よりも地下鉄恵美須町駅改札横のエレベーターがホテルに直結なのには驚きました( ゜o゜) スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで顔を会わすと必ず挨拶を交わしてくれて気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。 サービスとは言え朝食のトースト、セルフサービスのコーヒーはとてもたすかりました さらに表示

The instructions that the owner sent me was meant for a different room. We opened the lockbox of another room and even tried to knock on the door because we thought there was just a mix up. We were really tired that night especially since we just arrived from Tokyo. We looked like burglars trying to open the door. I thought the owner will not respond since the signs there said they will reply during specific times only and we arrived late at night. But good thing they replied and told us our room was on a different floor. We had to carry our luggage to the third floor, no big deal. I was quite disappointed with the room. The room was not "clean" enough. There were dust and trash on the floor. I kept looking for a broom so I can clean the mess, I had to make do. It also seemed like the toilet has not been flushed when I went in to check.. The room was really spacious though. Plus points for having the shower and toilet separated... Staff behaved very bad. Plus, I’m not sure this property owner or Agoda provide my personal info to some company in China because I’ve got an e-mail from China about hotel booking confirmation which is not this property but all the information include my full name, phone number, check-in and check-out date, and the cost I’ve paid is shown in such e-mail. さらに表示

This place is hardly any walking distance from north gate of tennoji station. Tennoji is one of the most centrally located place in Osaka. The place is quiet and clean. Only problem is that you if you are traveling late in evening difficult to locate for people who don't know Japanese. Nice Kitchenette and ideal facility for 3-4 days break. さらに表示

公寓就在天王寺站附近，機場可直達不用轉車，前往各個旅遊景點也非常方便，車站附近有百貨商場，食街…這公寓房間非常乾淨，裝修簡潔優雅，店家很細心，床單燙得潔白如新！值得讚揚！ 給第一次来大阪的我們一個非常好的印象与体驗！ 下次還會選擇入住。 さらに表示

숙소 도착시 체크인 시간이 아니여서 캐리어만 맡기려고 방에 방문했으며,, 오후2시 정도에 방에 들어가보니 청소는 안되어있는 상태였습니다. 사진과 같이 방 구조 똑같았구요..나름 화장실, 샤워실, 세탁실 깨끗헸습니다. 날이 더워 매일 입은 빨래는 돌려서 말라 입고 다니기 좋았습니다. 그러나 엘레베이터가 없어..많고 무거운 캐리어를 들고 5층 꼭대기 층까지 올라가서 많이 힘들었습니다. 방을 예약한 당사자로써 같이간 가족들에게 많이 미안함이 들었습니다. さらに表示

沒有分開的個人使用照明對作息時間不同的成員不便，浴室無吊桿及衣物掛架不便，沒有電梯搬行李很辛苦，化妝鏡洗手台如果有洗手清潔劑就更好了，交通及購物方便。 さらに表示
