非常に満足
６月上旬に３泊しましたが、素晴らしい旅館でした。庭に数匹ですが蛍がいました。庭園も驚きです。難を言えば、少しものが雑多にあちこち置かれているので、だれかきちんと管理したほうがいいです。（部屋に使ってない網戸３枚、灯篭の中に板がつっこんである、共有流しは物置き放題など。経営者はせっかく美しい庭園を持つこの旅館を単なる外国人向けゲストハウスと認識しているのでしょうか？）。しかし、部屋は広く最高で、この値段で京都を満喫できたこと、とても感謝しています。Amazing Kyoto ryokan!Beautiful and clean.Garden is so nice!Highly recomend. さらに表示

今回は紅葉のシーズンでなかなか宿泊先が見つからず困っていましたが、お値段もお手頃で嵐山からタクシーで１５分ほどで行けるこちらに決めました。おばあちゃんのお家に遊びにきたような雰囲気です。共有のスペースもあり落ち着けます。私も彼も大変満足でした。タクシーのおじさんによると、やまざきのご飯はとても美味しいとのことだったので今度機会があれば食べたいです。外国人の方が多いように感じました。部屋は和室で廊下と接していますが部屋の中の声が外にはあまり聞こえないように感じます。和室ですが襖にしっかり鍵も付いています。かなり大きい足音を立てて歩く音が時々聞こえましたが我慢できる範囲でした笑 さらに表示

スタッフの皆様がとても暖かなおもてなしをくださり、かつ和風のお部屋とお食事、お手ごろ価格でニュージーランドから参った家族〔外国人）が大満足でした。最初に京都駅から旅館やまざきまでの道順を調べずに日本に参ったのですが、JR 京都駅からJR バスに乗れば一本でたどりつけたのでそれも満足でした。 さらに表示

子供含め3人での宿泊でした。他の宿泊客は外国の方ばかりで、気になる方には向かないかもしれません。その他、部屋同士の壁が薄かったり等、神経質な方には向かないかも。その2点を除けば、スタッフさんもとても親切で、宿の一つ一つにとても心遣いがあるなと思いました。また是非利用させて頂きたいです。 さらに表示

少し離れた別館の外観はとても風情があり紅葉もすごく綺麗でした！旅館の中は古い感じで祖父母の家のようでした。畳、天井は綺麗でしたが襖が所々破れていた。エアコン後ろに外との壁が紙で設置してありぼろぼろで破れていたせいか窓も開けてないのにカメムシ侵入してました。お風呂はシャワールームと浴槽付き風呂が二ヶ所あり、シャワールーム３つありますが鍵ないので女性は厳しいです。浴槽付き風呂は鍵はついてますがあまり綺麗ではないです。浴槽も蓋がしてあり使用不可です。トイレ、風呂は共用なので順番に入る感じです。あと部屋は隣の話し声などすごく聞こえるので宿泊した時は夜11時過ぎていましたが外国の方の赤ちゃんの鳴き声すごかったです。あんなに風情ある綺麗な見た目なのに、なんだかもったいない感じでした。せめて襖綺麗にしてカメムシは何とかしてほしい(T . T) なので値段の割に。といった印象でした。 しかし、お布団がものすご〜くフカフカで気持ち良かったので爆睡でした。笑 この点は最高でした。 さらに表示

8月半ばの宿泊でした。 従業員の対応は特に問題なかったですが、設備的には誰にも勧められません。 暑い時期だったので当然冷蔵庫を使用するつもりでしたが、冷蔵庫を開けてびっくり。無料の水はペットボトルに入れた水道水(と思われる)。ラベルも無く開栓状態だったから。 しかもハングルの書かれた保冷剤や食べ残しの菓子が庫内に散乱。冷凍庫は霜で半分以上覆われて使い物にならない。冷蔵庫の下はゴミと埃だらけ。妻子は使わない宣言する始末。 風呂のボディソープは固形石鹸て有りなのか？しかもちびて半分くらいしかない。2日目はスーパー銭湯へ行きました。 部屋には断線しかけた何かのケーブルが放置されていた。巻き取り式延長コードは硬くて延長できない。 おそらくは従業員は指示された業務しかやっていないのであろう。客の立場で整理整頓して欲しい。 バックパッカーなら世界レベル的には満足するのだろうが、家族旅行にはお勧めしない。 注告「ホームページはあくまでも看板であり品質は別物であると認識せよ。」 agodaさんへ 以前利用したホテルは家族にも好評でした。今回は残念でなりません。 さらに表示

We purchased a room with a bathroom, but the shower was so small that I could barely use it. I'm 6 feet tall, my head almost scraped the ceiling. And when I would turn to wash myself my shoulders would brush the wall and shower curtain. I thought the futons were okay, but my wife sleeps on her side and it was horrible for her. She also thought the futons smelled dirty. The staff seem very nice. さらに表示

The scenery, the facilities, the breakfast and the staff were all very good, except they didn’t check the inquiry mail I sent before. So we end up got no dinner to eat at the restaurant at the first day and buy food at the covenient store instead, which was 15 mins far from the guest house by walking T_T さらに表示

This hotel provide me the best experience to sense as a local. With a yukata for sleep, and the ryokan room. It all good. But. The staff had a bad english. Made us a litle bit hard to communicate when in dinner or check in.. Also there is a tax added when you check in. And not mention in the booking さらに表示

I stayed 3night here. It was convenient to travel in Kyoto from this ryokan. Quite and cozy. We enjoyed well the bath after the long day walking. Worth to stay if u do not mind away from city. さらに表示

It has a great Japanese architecture and it is located near JR bus stops AND two of the greatest temples kyoto has: nineji and ryoanji. Ask for the Japanese breakfast. It was great. さらに表示

We enjoyed a lovely 6 night stay in the Yamasaki ryokan. The room is typical of ryokan style with tatami mats, thick warm quilts and comfortable furnishing. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful and the food was excellent throughout our stay. The best sushi we foodies have ever had. We would highly recommend a stay at the ryokan. さらに表示

Our stay here were nice, altough the location bit far away from kyoto station. The hotel located in northern kyoto, near kinkakuji, ryoanji, and ninnaji. The breakfast was good, we got japanese complete set and the taste altough not superb, was fair enough. さらに表示

It was very pleasant during my stay. The place is not hard to find, just follow instruction from Hotel, you can find it easily. Although, it was 30mins from downtown by bus, it is worthy of staying in such a quite place with mountain, river surrounding you. さらに表示

We arrived to the hotel at 10pm and there was a staff waiting for us with warm greeting. He shown us the room and service us very well during our stay. It is a small Ryokan in Osaka suburban area, which take 30 min, to get to the Ryokan by bus. The room is quite old, but it meets 3 stars standard Ryokan. The breakfast is good. In addition, dinner area is next to Japanese garden. Overall, This Ryokan is recommended for a budget traveler who is looking for a true ryokan experience with the best service. さらに表示

Although 40 to 50 mins transportation time by bus from Kyoto JR, it's a very nice place for relaxing. Its Japanese style garden and room makes me impressive. The old lady can speak few and simple English well. Room is clean and large, withgood garden view. Wifi is ok. さらに表示
