スタッフの皆さんの対応も温かく、細かい心遣いも素晴らしいです。 スイートルームに泊まったのですが、窓を開けると目の前には宍道湖が広がり、絶好のロケーションで朝日が大変綺麗でした。温泉も、スカッと温まり、大変気持ち良く早起きして朝風呂に入る価値アリです。 また、最近、無料の朝食も始められたそうで、おにぎりや、しじみ汁もご馳走になりました。 それから、部屋にスマホの充電器を忘れてしまい、電話したところ、ちゃんと取っていてくださって、自宅まで送ってもらい大変助かりました。本当にお世話になりました。また、泊まりに行きます！ さらに表示

I enjoyed my stay in a very large traditional style Japanese room. I was suprised and pleased to find the room had full bathroom facilities as I had the impression there would be shared bathroom facilities. The location is about 2 klms from the town and I hired a bike which was a great way to get around. The staff were very helpful, I enjoyed the traditional breakfast and the onsen facilities. さらに表示

The ryokan is just a 5 min drive from the Matsue station. The staff were hospitable and great. We stayed in room 106 on first floor. It has a living room with a private outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake. We also have an indoor stone-lined larger private onsen next to the bedroom. The amenities were great in the room. It was peaceful, private and quiet inside. For travellers with kids (young and old) this particular room will be great as it’s size alone will Ensure that everyone has space , and will enjoy the 2 hot spring tubs. The floor beds were comfortable with memory foam pillows. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate 6 people! We had a really good night’s rest ! There are 3 different types on public onsens to choose from in case u want to try out the ryokan’s public baths. There is a 7-11 just 1 min walk fr the ryokan. And the Lake Shinji is so beautiful in the morning that we couldn’t resist a walk along the lake despite the cold spring morning. さらに表示

Ten Ten Temari is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Matsue. The view for the rooms is beautiful, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the private onsen is magical after a long day of exploring! We would stay here again and really recommend it to others. さらに表示

All staff are nice. We were served with a green tea and a sweet when arriving the hotel. They helped us taking photos inside and outside the hotel. Room is very large and facing the lake. We drive to there, so location is still okay. さらに表示

I frequently travel between Osaka and Matsue for work and leisure. I have stayed in almost every hotel in Matsue. Ryokan Teruzuya is the best traditional experience in Shimane Prefecture I believe, and a better value than any place you will find in Matsue. I am very disappointed with Ten Ten Temarin, it was an empty experience for me and my fiancé. We both agree that Ten Ten Marin is not worth the extra cost for such a terrible experience. さらに表示
