外国からの旅行でしたので、スーツケースが沢山ありました。 エレベーターがないので、重いスーツケースを階段で３階まで運ぶのは大変でした。 ハートアタックになり兼ねませんでした。 三男の部屋は、清掃されていなかった為、２度も変えなければなりませんでした。 私の部屋のライトがひとつつきませんでした。疲れていたので、スタッフに連絡しませんでした。 がっかりしました。タクシーも場所が解らずで苦労しました。 さらに表示

The hotel was quite a walk from Kyoto station but we appreciated to luggage storage service near Kyoto station which enabled us to walk around without our luggage. It was easy to travel to various places of interest like Gion district and Fushimi-Inari shrine. さらに表示

I booked the room in advance so the price was reasonable. Location was 15min walk from hotel to Kyoto Station. Just disappointed to found out that the linen was dirty and has hair on it. Otherwise the room was great! さらに表示

Nice and quiet at night. A bit long walk from kyoto Station. Room is self equipped. The hp provided for our stay use helps a lot. WiFi in room is a bit weak though. Overall is good. Will stay at this place again when visit kyoto! さらに表示

I loved this place for having a small kitchen and a washing machine. great place to stay if you are staying for short term or little longer. Grocery store is about 7min walk and station is about 10min walk. Right by Higashi honganji temple. さらに表示

Really enjoyed the stay at Japaning Hotel. The room exceeded our expectations! Room comes with utensils for cooking and all the appliances that you would need for food and clothing. Everything is very clean, and the location is just 10-15 mins away from Kyoto Station. Would definitely stay here again next time we are back in Japan! さらに表示

This was by far the best hotel we had used on our trip to Japan. Location is a quick walk from Kyoto station and check in was super easy and automated. The room was giant, included a washer, patio, two beds, and a kitchenette. Overall provides above and beyond what a comparable hotel at this price point would cost. In addition if you need to leave your bags before check in or after check out you may do so at their nearby office (as the hotel is technically fully automated and physically unstaffed). さらに表示

The only down side of this hotel is that there’s no elevator. The total level of this hotel are 3 levels and we were at level 3 (bummer). We happened to have 3 luggage with us that we had to carry it up and down. Other than no elevator, the staff were helpful and easy to reach (even tho there was no one at the front desk). The room has washer, little kitchen, like a studio which I really liked. The location is a bit distanced from the bus stop and JR station. Something to point out. さらに表示

The hotel is more like apartment. It has washing machine and microwave. The are no reception. I have to check in by myself using the iPad. The staff is very helpful. It has balcony so that I can dry my laundry however the balcony is dirty. The location is quite far from Kyoto Station. Overall, I like this hotel. さらに表示

Check in time was 3pm and mentioned will receive email once the room ready, however, I reached Hotel at 5pm but still yet to receive any email until 7pm at night. I tried to contact service staff but all the numbers failed to reach them. Access code no given. I have to ask for help from other people. Was priced rather high at the time I visited, but if you can get the room for <$100, it'll be pretty decent value. Location is not bad, though smack dab in the middle of a residential area, so might want to be more conscious about rolling luggage if checking in/out at early morning hours. There are good food choices around the area as well, though convenience stores would be a little further away, closer to Kyoto Station. The station itself is maybe just a 10 min walk away, or 15 if at a leisurely pace. Cleanliness was just okay. The room itself was mostly fine, though a couple of spots on the walls and one of the towels. A microwave and washing machine, as well as drying rack are provided. The hot water for shower can be quite finicky, however. Check in was quite a breeze for us actually, so not sure what other reviewers were referring to. There really is no elevator so good luck if you have large pieces of luggage on the 3rd floor. If priced okay, wouldn't mind staying here again. さらに表示

The location of the hotel a bit far from kyoto station if you choose to walk. Hotel is clean and comfortable. It provide cooking facilities and microwave if you would like to cook in the hotel. Left somwthing and call the staff and said it found ang agreed to post the stuff to my address in Tokyo, the next 5 days we didn’t received anything from japaning. We send email and asking, surprisingly the reply email and said they didn’t found my stuff. Disappointed! さらに表示
