事前にチェックインが16時から、事前の荷物預けも出来ないとの事連絡頂きました。観光までの間の荷物をどうするか悩んでいた所、清掃終わり次第メールしますとも書いてあったのでメール確認したところ、たまたまかとても早い時間に終わっていたので連絡とても助かりました。チェックイン、チェックアウトも難しくなく、お部屋も綺麗だし、京都駅からの利便性も良かったです。近くにコンビニ、スーパーもありました。 アパートのようなタイプな為、3階まで階段のみはスーツケースがちょっと大変でしたが値段と綺麗さから許容範囲です。 欲を言えばお茶は一人２つ、ハンドソープが洗面所にあると嬉しかったです。 でも文句無しの部屋でした。また利用したいですし、友人にも勧めたいと思いました。 さらに表示

建物、備品は良い感じです。台所が広くて調理も出来るのに食べるための机が極小、椅子は１つ。快適なベッドルームのようでエアコンの効きが悪いし、ベッドで部屋がいっぱいで歩くのも横歩き。洗濯機が壊れていたり、照明リモコンが紛失してたり、ベッドサイド照明の電球が無かったり… 快適そうなのに残念な点が多数ありました。 荷物預かりが駅前にあるのはとても良かったです。 さらに表示

The location is just a short walk from Kyoto Station. The hotel is fully automated, with no receptionist when you check in. Instructions for check in is also easy. The room we booked is the triple room, and there is a small kitchen and laundry area. The rooms are very nice and clean. Our room was in the third level and you can see the Kyoto Tower from there. Although there is no breakfast included, there is a konbini just around the corner. Luggage can also be stored for free in the main Kyoto Japaning Information Center just in front of the Kyoto Station. さらに表示

Stayed 4 nights at the triple room (reasonable size room by Japan standard) It is like an apartment, equipped with basic kitchen, laundry washer and microwave. Within 5-10mins walk yo Kyoto Station and bus stops. Note for check in: Hotel will send you an email once the room is ready and follow the steps mentioned on the email as it is self check in. さらに表示

My friends and I originally booked a triple room, but there were some problems with the water in the triple room, and I was informed that they would offer us two double rooms instead. The two rooms were okay, and checking in was no big problem. There is a tax that you have to pay for staying there, so make sure to account for that when you check in. This chain offers shuttle services and free storage at their information center, so it was pretty useful since you can only check in after 3 pm. さらに表示

The hotel is near to kyoto station. Walking distance about 10 minutes . We are arrived late around 10 pm but there is staff that help us to do check in procedure. The hotel is quite big and full with equipment. We can wash our clothes during stay. Only the heater takes time to heat the room. Overall we enjoy stay here. さらに表示

first coming there a mistake from system we got double bed acrually we ordered triple room but the mistake can solve fast - thank to Sugiyama san (sorry if I wrong put the name) who help me solve the issue. the room is small but it's ok for us, the pantry very complete with stove ( can cooked if you want), microwave, refrigerator, electric pot, also there washing machine and complete bathroom. I love this hotel, will come again and booked with more longer stay.. the location hotel near with Kyoto station around 10 minute walk. さらに表示

the only think u should know is the checkin is at 4pm which is unusual but can request for earlier depending on availability of room. Ms Suzuki helped me check in earlier and she was the best personnel of any hotel i bump into my 12days stay in japan. its a house turned hotel and more like a self service hotel. but super high-tech and very well taken care. just be sure to book the ground floor rooms if u have big luggage. We stayed here for only a night and was surprised how compact everything was. Facilities within room included a small kitchenette, toilet, shower area, washing machine/ sink, mini luggage storage.. overall just enough for 2 max.. only bad thing is that if you decide to arrive earlier than check in time, the office is located away from apartment itself.. otherwise they provide v good service with providing useful tourist information and complimentary shuttle bus for Aoi Matsuri さらに表示

The overall experience is good. You have to walk 5-10 mins to their office to store luggage before/after check-in/out time. It's a nice and fully equipped apartment (with washing machine, cooking facilities and etc). However, I wouldn't really call "hotel". They doesn't change your towel unless you request it. Located close to Kyoto Station so easy access to rail, subway n buses. Everyday I just hopped onto one of these to visit various places of interest. Room is very clean, neat and every facility in it is very thoughtful of and functional. Self check-in was easy, even for a first timer like myself. Instructions via email were prompt and clear. Food is everywhere. Besides convenient shops, there is a supermarket 100m away. Yoy can settle your shopping needs here. This place is highly recommended. さらに表示

Very clean room, everything super clean. Spacious and with a washingmachine and small kitchen included. Its really a 10/10 A friendly receptionist which helped us a lot with our questions about sightseein around kyoto. I can really recommend this Hotel! You get a lot for a "cheap" price. We stayed in 3 hotels in kyoto. This one was by far the best. Hahaha i dont comment that mich normally but we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks again ! さらに表示
