We loved our stay at the Hotel, we've got all we need and it was like our own place. さらに表示
The hotel is far away from Nijo station. It's next to the rail line so you hear passing trains day and night, very noisy. The room is small, with barely enough space for suit cases. Beds, bed linen and towels are of poor quality. Very uncomfortable to use. Table lamp cover is broken. No convenience store or restaurants nearby. It requires a fair bit of walk to find any. I initialled booked two nights. Due to change of plan, i arrived one day earlier and made a new booking with one extra night. The hotel charged me twice of the booking value for that extra night claiming half the charge were cleaning fee when my room was not even cleaned, as i stayed in the same room for three nights. Long walk to Taisho station, but more close to Dome Mae station, which is more expensive to get to Kansai airport. Nearby shopping mall is convenient for shopping or food. Room is small and looks run down with broken wall paper and curtain rail falling off on one side. Lots of dust under beds. The room does not feel clean. The hotel charged double of the confirmed booking value, claiming additional cleaning fee which was never listed in booking confirmation, and refused to rectify the the over charge. It's also a very noisy place in the morning. It's not the best choice to stay and we would rather that we had chosen a different place. さらに表示

So nice it has heater inside during cold weather, room pretty big with 2 double bed, 1 closet and balcony to hang your laundry. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed room. A little bit walk from Nijo station. さらに表示
無服務人員的旅店，必需事前先在線上登記基本資料，到了旅館再用平板登記入住，不能寄放行李不太方便。附近住宅區晚上較暗，離地鐵站較遠，公車站較近約走5-10分鐘。

網頁上未詳細說明入住手續，且訂房網上當初看是有免費接駁，結果打電話詢問飯店說沒有，也以為有服務人員協助check ，到了現場才看到是一台平板，但飯店方也未先mail告知如何操作，手忙腳亂中遇到其他住宿者幫忙，沒想後來也遇到一位日本人不會使用，換我們幫忙他操作。非常冷漠的一家民宿。 さらに表示
