The apartment was perfectly located , big kitchen and bathroom including a washing machine. It is good value for the money! Also the staff was super friendly and helpful! We definitely recommend this place to all our friends! さらに表示

I had a pleasant stay! I love the room, it's big consider it's in Japan, and VERY cozy! Its got a bathtub, a laundry room, a fridge, a small kitchen and bar stand, a balcony... its got everything you need! The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, the shower water was big enough, there's really nothing to complain except if you have too many luggages with you, it's about 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station, other than that it's very satisfying. You can also rent bicycle, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this hotel for anyone who is going to Kyoto!! (•ω•) さらに表示

We stayed for 3 nights during a wet spring. It isn't much of a hotel, it's more like a studio with a laundry, kitchen and small dining area. There is no housekeeping so you have to maintain the whole studio yourself. It is about 7 minutes walk to a JR train station and a supermarket. There is a reception table but no one will serve you as it is all self-serve. Each studio is very secure, which requires a PIN (not a key or pass) to enter so be sure to contact them if you haven't received an email a few days prior. Booked and paid for 5 night, arrived at 1pm by taxi and no one was there, but a sign told us to come back at 6pm. So we went around sight seeing and came back at 6pm but still no one was there. So we called the number and was told to just went into our room. The moment you went into room 1-B, the smell of rotten socks hits you like a wall. There's dust everywhere! The floor the desk router everywhere! Bed sheet and blanket was literally black in color. The room is very rundown and very poorly taken cared of. Took out a mug from the cupboard to make coffee, my god have i seen mug more filthy and full of stains! The bed was a real charm! the spring was gone and the moment i lay on it, the bed sank! Neither me nor my partner slept the whole night, either of us move the other will get woken up. We book another hotel nearby and run for our lives! LOL Hotel was really far from both Omiya Station and Tambaguchi Station btw and good luck getting a cab. さらに表示

The room is clean and equipped with microwave and washing machine. Not too big but very comfortable. It is mostly self service and hard to find receptionist but no need to worry cos there are guidance books in the room on how to use the hotel facilities (including how to rent the bicycle). However, the hotel is not too close to the subway station, tho it is close to bus stop. The hotel sign is not too clear as it is located in the quiet neighborhood so it is dark at night and may be a lil bit difficult to find. Regardless, i really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is good value for money and i would recommend this hotel to friends. If i travel to Kyoto again, i will definitely stay in this hotel. さらに表示

bigger room compared to the ordinary Japanese hotels, cooking facilities, personal laundry machine, larger frieg. no breakfast, but you can cook by yourself. i could not see any staff during my stay, but before the check in the manager sent me all information, so i had no inconvinience. room was preety clean and convenient to stay. also a custom guide book written in english is prepared in the room so it helped me a lot. the location is a little bit far from the subway station(10-15minutes on foot), but close to the bus station. in Kyoto you will take the bus to move usually, so it ia not a big problem. buy the bus path! on the way to tambaguchi subway station, you can find famous okonomiyaki and hamburg stake restaurants. not so expensive, but tasty. there are shampoo, rinse.and body wash in the shower room, but nothing more. take your face cleanser. near the closest bus stop(omiya matsubara), you can find a familymart. impressive for the price. i will reconsider to come here again さらに表示

The location is good and close to bus stop. The neighborhood is quiet and you can get a real taste of what it is like to live like Japanese. The hotel provides everything you need for a longer stay. We have a wonderful one week stay there. We will definitely want to come back again. さらに表示

Unfortunately The airport was closed and I was unable to stay in Kyoto . I assume the hotel was very nice, it looked nice anyway. Next time I hope to stay there when the weather is nicer. さらに表示

Hi, It was great time. We are very satisfied with the room. The room is clean and tidy! And It was so convenient as the room was equipped with the essential daily stuff like washing machine, etc. The location is a little bit far from a station but the road to go there is so~~ pretty and impressive. I had an wonderful memory in Kyoto thanks to this accommodation. I will go there again if I could visit Kyoto in near future. Cheers! さらに表示

It's a nice apartment with a nice kitchen including microwave oven, refrigerator and cookware sets. You can do the laundry as well. 5 min to 24hr-opened convenient store, 3 mins to bus stop. The only little deficiency is lack of TV. Not a big deal if you are not interesting in Japanese TV programs. さらに表示

This place doesn't really qualify as a hotel. The "front desk" was never manned during our 5 night(!) stay. There was no change of linen available! No change of towels, either. No cleaning arrangements (not even a broom in the place!). No proper instructions to operate the washing machine & dryer, so couldn't use it. The only good thing was that there were good instructions to get to the sights. BUT that's not a good enough reason to book this place as this information is freely available at any half decent hotel. This place probably just about fits within the AirBnb description, but then the cost is too high. No, I would not recommend this place. さらに表示
