スタッフ不在の時間帯にチェックイン、メールで知らされている暗証番号でキーボックスを開けて居住スペースと個室のカギを取り出します。
部屋は１Kでバストイレ別の賃貸住宅のよう。アイロンやドライヤー、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫冷凍庫あり。
タオルとバスタオルが少し匂ったのがマイナス点。消毒して欲しいです。(持参していたので、ほとんど使わなかったです)
立地は、私のようにどこでも興味を持って町歩きできる人でなければ不便に感じるでしょう。ちなみに私はお稽古ごと関連で年２回は来て、バス路線と気に入る美容室を研究中なので、廉価・不便でも、とても有意義に利用しています。

Probably the most unique thing to me was the Handy phone that was provided during the start with mobile data to assist with feeling sounds Kyoto. It was an incredible asset and made the trip easier being able to use that phone for navigation. Only somewhat negative thing is it's not "in the city" so to speak, but there is a bus station nearby and once you get the hang of it it's not too bad. Location was good and two thing thing I particularly loved about this place were;
1. The "Handy" smartphone with unlimited data & international calling abilities - all free of charge to take with you as you go out and enjoy Kyoto!
2. The coin laundry; washer & dryer.
The location was good, and I liked how close it was to a grocery store & metro stop.
One thing I think they could have improved - which is small but would have made a world of a difference - replace the shower curtain. It was quite old and the bottom of it was very dirty and had stains of mildew. Which is what made it seem a but unclean. Again, small minor change that could make a big difference. さらに表示

The location is near Emmachi station (about 10-minute walk) and proximate to the bus station and stores. Given that there's no receptionist accommodated us, we efficiently availed their service with ease due to clear and detailed instructions.
I have only noticed the hotel's wifi internet connection/speed is not stable, other than that, all is good.
