Host does not speak English but still she will try her best to explain to you. Very comfortable place and quiet place to stay up in the mountain with very nice indoor and outdoor onsen. Dinner was superb 👍🏻! Highly recommend this place if you looking for good ryokan to stay and is easy to go to shinhotaka ropeway. Value for money! さらに表示

Staff were super helpful, gorgeous views form room and great onsen. This was one of our highlights in Japan. The lady did not speak much English but gave us a lift to the cable car for free and really willing to help and please. The hotel is immaculately clean and has epic views. the town has a few nice restaurants. We had dinner in one that had great atmosphere, again, recommended by the hotel lady. She was top!!
