雰囲気は良かったのですが、 浴衣の上に着る羽織の中に、前の人が入れたと思われるハンカチとお料理のお品書きが入ったまま…これは毎回洗濯してないのかと思うと不衛生！ お料理は出てくるのが遅いし、お料理の具材も足りなかったり、飲んでもいないお酒を請求されていたり…全体的に塩分過多なお料理。 宴会場も炭火という事で、湯上りにまた匂いがつく始末。朝のブッフェ会場も同じ場所で、炭火焼をしているので、かなり匂いが洋服についてしまった…。 温泉は雰囲気はいいものの、お湯がぬるい温泉は初めて。 全体的に、サービスがいまいちでした。 このサービスでこの価格はあり得ないです。 さらに表示

We see other groups booked through other websites have greater flexibility in choosing the food menu, in particular for young kids to have choices of kids menu versus adults. We were not able to finish everything because kids don’t eat sashimi, we see other kids having fried pork chop instead. Hope Agoda can improve flexibility on the booking. さらに表示

The room was spacious and with our own private onsen. The dinner and breakfast buffet were reasonable but not the best meals I had in onsen hotel. The location of the hotel is reasonable and it needs a little walk on the slope. I believe it’s better to those who drive to the hotel. さらに表示

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night in the "Deluxe Japanese Western Style Room with Hot Spring Bath". We found that it was good value for money. We were on a tight budget and we don't like public hot spring areas where everyone is fully naked, so we decided to look for the cheapest and nicest looking room with a private hot spring bath inside the room. This fit the bill. The lobby staff were very welcoming and informative, making our stay upon arrival very comfortable from the get-go. The room was very clean and spacious, although it felt like there was a hint of smoke as they didn't have non-smoking rooms. The booking came with a traditional Japanese style dinner, as well as a Japanese style buffet for breakfast. Both meals were very good. Even though we are both very picky eaters, we still finished most of our food from dinner and tried everything served to us. It was a very nice and pleasant experience, and I would definitely book again if I come back in the future! さらに表示

The hotel is located in Jozankei. There is a free shuttle bus provided. The meeting point is on Odori nishi 5 Chome. They have two main onsens in their second floor. The upper level onsen offers a beautiful outdoor onsen while the lower level onsen has more spacious indoor onsen. Subsequently the hotel provided us with one time entry to another hot spa building which is just beside of the hotel. Make sure you bring your own towel. We took their shuttle bus from Sapporo, just had difficulty finding the meeting place. The whole family enjoyed the onsen and sleeping on a tatami mat experience. Dinner was good too. Toiletries were premium and were really good so we ended up buying most of it at their store to take home with us. さらに表示

This is our unforgettable onsen hotel. The hotel are beautiful with classic design and some zen look area. The hotel staff are warm and helpful. They gave us a 5 star service. And we want to thank Mr. Yuri Fujiwara for the excellent service. My 2 young children enjoyed the big onsen so much. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Everything is just fine for us.
