コロナの影響で、食事がテーブルに準備されていました。品数は多かったのですが、子供達が楽しみにしていたステーキもおかわりはできませんでしたし、時間指定されてレストランにいったにもかかわらず天ぷらも冷たく…少々残念な思いが残りました。お部屋に関しては色々配慮していただきとても良かったです。コロナがおちついたらもう一度行きたいと思います。 さらに表示

This onsen locates at the centre of the Jozankei. The hotel provided a lot of facilities for different guests. They have games room, onsen, big souvenir shop and karaoke lounge. Everyone can enjoy the holidays in this comfortable hotel. さらに表示

it's good with the pick up service for the customer at the main station of sapporo and return back. And the hot spring is good with various option of indoor and outdoor. walking distance to the park and the shops near by. It's good choice with family holiday and relax trip for staying. さらに表示

We stayed one night at this hotel and opted for half board (ie. dinner and breakfast). Dinner was quite good, in that there is a wide selection of food, and food tastes above average. We did not have too great an experience dining though, because the restaurant was extremely crowded during both dinner and breakfast. I think our main gripe with the hotel is that despite smoking being not allowed in the rooms/corridors, there is this lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke that gives me a headache. Air con wasn't really working either, we had to open the windows, which then led to another problem: There were vehicles zooming past (hotel is along the road) even in wee hours, which disrupted our sleep. Despite checking with hotel staff earlier on regarding the air con, and the hotel staff indicated he'll send someone up to fix it, nothing was done about it. The hotel looks very tired and old, with truckloads of tourists following group tour. Overall, it wasn't too great an experience. さらに表示

Fair. My family are vegetarian and we have hard time finding food. So we ended up eating cup noodles. There extra sofa bed in the room we had was old and not comfortable. Mattress is a little too thin さらに表示

The food and onsen was good. However the room is smelly as most people smoke in the room and they open their room door to let the smoke enter the corridor. Which makes the whole walk way very smelly. The front staffs also not friendly さらに表示
