森に面した温泉がとても気持ち良かったです。夜と朝のバイキングは種類も豊富で大満足でした。夜のハープの演奏を暖炉の周りで聞かせてもらい、その音色に心が癒されました。バイキングでお腹がいっぱいになってしまい、マシュマロ焼きは出来ませんでしたが、他の方々が焼いているのを見ているだけでも楽しかったです。もう少し温泉にゆっくり入りたかったのでチェックアウトが10時というのが残念でした。 さらに表示

スタッフの方になかなか気づいてもらえなかったり、お忙しそうで声がかけられなかったり

小学生の子供2人と私の３人で、５日間の北海道旅行最後の一泊二日を過ごしました。広くて暖かくて落ち着くインテリアのお部屋に子供たちとのんびり過ごし、エステもとても上手だったし、晩朝のビュッフェも今まで泊まったホテルのレストランの中で一番好きなサービスとお食事でした。暖炉の横で、娘は本を読み、息子はハープを興味深そうに聞いていました。スタッフの方も母子旅行の不便がある中、細やかな心配りや気さくな会話をしてくださり、それも含めとても暖かいホッコリ旅行になりました。

This hotel is located in the lush forests of Jozankei which allows you to enjoy the peaceful of this beautiful hotel. It takes about 5 mins walk to the sightseeing spot 'Futami Jozan Road' and with both Family Mart and Lawson convenience stores surround you. Both breakfast and dinner are offered in buffet style which provides a wide selection of food with high quality to choose from. Stayed in the cottage for 1night. It was very spacious, comfy, clean and the private onsen was great. Dinner and breakfast buffet spread were both good. The whole stay was very relaxing and enjoying. Only drawback was during checkout, our luggages were left at the concierge in the morning as we went to walk around Jozankei area. When we went back to pick up, luggages were missing and the concierge staff was not aware. It too them awhile to find out that our luggages have been transferred to the front door area. I enjoy very much stay in the hotel. The public hot sping facility is excellent. Exceptionally good and clean. My room also equipped with a massage chair. The description of in-room bathroom facility in Agoda may need a revision. The room I booked only have a shower without bath tubs. Also, when booking through Agoda, there is no option to choose the types of dinner or breakfast. I have never expected to be served with an international buffet type dinner and breakfast in a Japanese Spa (Hot spring) hotel. Normally, Japanese style dinner and breakfast are expected for this type of hotel. I was very disppointing when I know that the dinner and breakfast are served with buffet! さらに表示

Location: centrally located to all the major attractions and restaurants in Jozankei
Amenities: interesting gift shop, live violin soloist, free bus service to and from Sapporo (reservations required)
Facilities: Onsen in clean, amply supplied with sundries and extra towels for bath and face, handicapped accessible pool is available, and setting is peaceful and quiet.
Room: standard room was unexceptional, but clean and tastefully furnished.
Staff: Fluent in English (appreciated bonus, but not a deal breaker), all were extremely polite and hospitable
Buffet: Adequately supplied, but nothing extraordinary. Not worth the price if it's not included in a room-stay さらに表示

The hotel was very nice we took time here first before travelling further to rest up after long working hours . Loved the buffet food lots of variety. The onsen was nice to relax and unwind at end of the day. Staff were very helpful and especially Daisuke behind the bar who was very engaging in conversation, most delightful. The staff, service and accommodation were top notch. Memorable Kaiseki dinner was extremely well thought of, with top ingredients used on every dish. So delicious and the service was out of this world. Good selection of breakfast buffet but the time window was a bit too narrow in my opinion. Rooms were kept well clean and osen was also well maintained. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay. Check out time was a bit too early, at 10am instead of the usual Japanese standard 11am. All our companions enjoyed the stay at the Jozankei Tsuruga Resort. Most of us found its onsens very beautiful. We drove there from Otaru and did not find any difficulty reaching it at night. The staff at the reception desk is very polite and friendly. It was a pity we missed its dinner but we found their breakfast very healthy, with different varieties of fresh vegetables grown locally. I have no reservation recommending this hotel to people who love enjoying peace in their vacation. さらに表示
