located in the southern exit of shibuya station very comfortable and easy to take the nex shibuya airport line. A bit of walk to main shibuya tourist attractions. the breakfast was okay.. nothing spectacular just basics. さらに表示

Well situated hotel in the middle of a great area in Shibuya. So easy to catch the Narita Express to and from the airport. Affordable prices for what you get. Only gripe is no wifi - they provide a phone with wifi on it instead, with no option to tether your device to it. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Tokyo. さらに表示

This hotel was awesome. Located right in Shibuya Station, I never got lost, and traveling to other areas of Tokyo was super easy. The staff were amazingly friendly and the room was pretty big for Japan. The bathroom was the biggest I saw anywhere I stayed, and the tub was A+++. The hotel located at New South Exit, very convenient to take N'EX and Saikyo Line, but need to walk a distance to Yamatone Line. The room is very clean and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is very easy to find when stepping out of the NEX airport train. Just go up the escalators and straight through the next door to the elevator to the upper floor. The new Shibuya River development is just across the street. Access to the Yamanote line is a bit cumbersome at this time. The train station is being remodeled in view of the Olympics 2020. Breakfast is in a restaurant in the building (different business). But the breakfast is not really worth the money. さらに表示

The hotel did not give free mineral water in the room. however they have freeflow of coffee at the reception lobby. convenient with lawson store downstairs . Have shoppings nearby! Far to walk to yamanote line but very near to saikyo line, just one stop to shibuya. さらに表示

We stayed for 4-nights to avail of the location of this hotel. We have 7- day JR pass as US tourists. Location is in Shibuya station and perfect for us since we visited many places/attractions in Tokyo riding JR transport systems-Narita Express, Shinkansen bullet train and local train as well. 5-8 mins walk from the crossroads entrance of shibuya inside the station, professional staff and great facilities. one thing is that the breakfast, food are not kept warm especially in the winter time, and low varieties, otherwise everything is good! さらに表示
