Overall, it is good ski lodge, but the location is bit far away from downtown, not easy access by public transportation. However, it is good for ski, the facility is good. The weak point is not warm enough in the room and no hot water always for the shower. さらに表示

You can rent the ski equipment from the hotel and the tickets too. The location is so close to the Kagura ski resort. From the train station takes 20mins to here, only 5mins you can walk from the hotel to ski resort. There is a nearby local hot spring is sweet after the ski time. Nori-san and Kyoko-san were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Though the inn is old, it is very well-maintained and has quite a character. It’s the warm, cosy, and quaint place you look forward to returning to after a day of snowboarding / skiing at the Kagura Mitsumata Resort conveniently located just across the road. Our private room was well-heated. There’s also a common kitchen space where you can prepare something simple. Self-service breakfast was simple but nice. My wife and I was here in late December 2018 for 2 nights. We wish we stayed longer. White Horse is a really nice wooden concept Inn about 100m away from Mitsumata ropeway. Access from Echigo-yuzawa station is about 20 minutes by an hourly Public Bus. (Bus No. 1) The Inn is warm and equipped with a shared cooking and dining area. Coming from South East Asia, the weather was really cold for us (-6 degrees when we were there), but the Inn was really comfortable and has a number of heaters in the common areas to keep you warm. It felt like staying at a friends place. The rooms were basic but spacious. The beds were comfy and this is important after being bashed up in Kagura as first time skiers. The Inn owner Nori is a really friendly person who goes out of his way to make you feel at home. The Inn also provide full ski/snowboard equipment rental at good rates and you can get discounted Kagura Ski Resort passes from him. Highly recommended and we hope to come back! さらに表示

The host Noriyoshi was very welcoming ,you can also hire ski equipment from this hotel and Nori will give you a deal on the nearby ski lift ,he gave us free gloves to wear which was nice, convenient location only 70 meters from the lift and 50 meters from the bus stop, the ski season last longer in this area because its higher up the mountain ,will visit again . さらに表示

A nice ski house, Close to the station .If you want to ski in Kagura,this is the place. You looking for. Staff is very kind and helpful. Vending machine is avaliable.Not many restaurant near by so i bought a frozen food for meals. The decoration is really nice better than in the photo.Bathtub is avaliable.The room is japanese style(no bed) so we have to put the blanket and Japanese bed pad on Tatami.Amenitis are towel,shampoo,Bath shampoo,toothbrush and paste ,but no hair dryer. さらに表示

離神樂滑雪場三俁區入口步行約3分鐘，可以說是ski in/ski out，接待非常親切先介紹屋內各項設施，門口也有周邊餐廳溫泉以及到車站接駁車的資訊，房內裝潢非常整潔舒適 さらに表示

白馬旅館的老闆夫婦人超極好，這個地方乾淨舒適位置很好，並以折扣價出售優惠纜車證。 從越後湯澤東出口的1號巴士站乘坐巴士（巴士收費1人￥380+大型行李需額外付￥100, 落車時付現金）搭約20分鐘車程在“かぐら・みつまたスキー場前”落車向前走100米便到, 很容易到達那裡。 距離滑雪場纜車站近旅館，前往Kagura滑雪場需搭乘的Mitsumata纜車站只需步行2分鐘即可抵達，位置很好。 老闆會告知步行10分鐘處約八百米也有一處叫“街道の駅”泡温泉的地方，温泉店對面有小商品店有拉麵或丼飯類的晚餐可吃（那𥚃有免費泡腳温泉和名產購物），早、午餐雪場的餐廳都可搞定，但在旅館附近只有很少的用餐場所而且很早關門。 即使錯過外面餐廳營業時間也可在旅館買到微波爐食品，泡麵，罐頭魚，酒，飲品…… 旅館佈置很溫馨，1F廚房除了免費咖啡及茶外，設施齊全, 有微波爐、冰箱、電熱水壺、烘烤乾燥⋯吃泡麵、便當都很方便，房間乾淨舒適，房內沒有供客人使用的保溫壺，所以最好自備旅行電熱水壺就不必天寒地凍的走到樓下廚房倒杯熱水喝啊。 很高興找到這間最近纜車站地方乾淨舒適又溫馨且服務親切的白馬旅館真是一極棒，正計劃4月再去那裡住的:) さらに表示
