１２月１４日から２泊させて頂きました。新しいホテルなので、対応などに少したどたどしいところはありましたが、でも快適に過ごすことができました。お部屋は狭いので、カップル用にベッドをひとつだけおいて、スペースを使えるようなお部屋があればよいなと思いました。２日目は、ベッドメーキングなしで、見えるところだけ掃除お願いしてたのに、髪の毛が残っていたところが残念でした。ロケーションは本当に抜群だし、お値段もお手ごろだし、清潔なので、また機会があれば利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

The location of the hotel is fantastic and close to Namba Station, Nipponbashi MTR, Kuromon Market, Senichimea Shopping Street and a lot of eateries nearby. But, room is too small for us because we can only open our luggage on the bed instead of the floor. We booked for the twin bedroom (two queen beds) which is good enough for my husband and I plus my 4 years old little boy. Simple and delicious breakfast is good, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Overall is good and its worth for the money we pay. We have a pleasant stayed at this hotel and highly recommended to everyone. さらに表示

Room was a little small, barely had space to open up a medium sized luggage. Cement screed flooring had dirt/ scratch marks, affecting the overall cleanliness. Good location, nevertheless. I booked kamon hotel 6 months prior to our trip to osaka. So far this is BEST hotel to stay in namba area. It’s really near everything! You have family mart few walk from the hotel and 7-8mins walk to train station. 8-10mins walk to Kuromon Market. We llved this hotel so much even if it’s our first time. My expectations to this hotel is 5 star! all the staff are nice and very very accommodating. Very nice interior and ambiance. They even have a free coffee and water at the lobby. We will definitely book here every time we visit osaka! And i will surely refer this to my family and friends! My family loved this place! Thank you for the great experience さらに表示

Room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. When we wanted to borrow a phone to call some agencies to book a ticket, they offered to helped us make the call instead. When they couldn’t get through the agency on the first day, they tried again the next day and left us a letter with all the details and instructions in it. We enjoyed our stay in Kamon Namba Hotel. The location was great, walking distance to the market and Dotonburi! Only a pity that the rooms were too small to fit our luggages (we had to place them on one of the beds). One night, after going out the entire day, we came back to our room with our door unlocked and opened. We were shocked and went to inform the reception. Due to language barrier perhaps, we were only apologised to the next morning with no service recovery. Other than the above, we would still recommend to stay here! さらに表示

Staff is very friendly and capable. The hotel is well situated to Dotonbori and Namba shopping districts, as well as an underground shopping arcade. The hotel building is clean, but comes from a renovated apartment complex -- we didn't expect the hallways to be exposed to the outside. Will definitely book this hotel again when in Osaka. New hotel, everything’s nice. Cosy environment with very friendly & helpful staff. Speaks English fluently. We were stuck in the middle of typhoon & they actually helped to call the places we wanted to go to check whether it will be open on the days that we planned to go. My three-night stay at Kamon Hotel Namba was exceptional. Arriving on a late night flight, a friendly staffer greeted me and got me sorted and in my room very quickly. From the personable and helpful staff to the breakfasts and complimentary luggage storage (post-checkout!), I’d stay at Kamon Hotel again. It’s a bit off the main drag in Namba (an alley off of an alley) but less than 200 meters from Namba Center and all of its culinary offerings. さらに表示

Located at one of the quiet lanes next to Nipponbashi station. Excellent location - situated within walking distance to Kuromon market, Namba Walk and Dotonbori. It’s a small cozy boutique hotel. New and modern. Reception area is nicely done up. There’s welcome drinks and free coffee. They have free board games and Nintendo console (retro Famicom) for rental too. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are more like a modern bed and breakfast hotel. No room service, buffet breakfast is available and they have a rooftop bar/restaurant. Housekeeping services are available. There is a phone to the reception at the lift lobby. Room was very clean and modern looking. Bathroom was spotless too. We booked the family room with bunk beds. Although it was expectedly small, the way it was designed and furnished made it cosy and comfy. The bunk beds had futon style mattresses. Unfortunately they are too thin and hard for me because I have a bad back. Good wifi reception. I enjoyed my stay. さらに表示

Kamon Hotel is great! Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small (normal in Japan) but clean and well equipped with everything you need. Most importantly it is just located near the Nippombashi Station and Kuromon Market with only 1 min walk. Highly recommended for all types of travellers. さらに表示

A good location between Namba Walk and Kuromon Market. Easily accessible to Nipponbashi station or Namba station if coming from Shin Osaka station by Shinkansen. The front desk is very polite and helpful. Also helped us with dinner booking. The rooms are clean and the bunk beds are a refreshing ideas for the children.
