ホテル泊に飽きた時には最高に過ごしやすい。自宅に帰って来た感がとても有るのでリラックスできる。スリッパ&パジャマは無いです。お風呂のテレビは付きませんでした。 まだ、新しく綺麗なので、この状態を保って頂けたら良いと思います。 次回も利用しようと思いました。 さらに表示

いわるゆ、マンション（コンドミニアムタイプ？）です。キッチン、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、洗濯機、冷蔵庫ありで、自分の家のように過ごせます。いわゆるワンルーム的なマンションで部屋の広さも一般的なホテルよりは広く感じられる。お風呂にはTVあり（必要かどうかは個人差ありですが）。近年は携帯用にベッド付近にコンセントがあることも多いので、若干、コンセントの位置には不便さあり。Totallyには清潔にはされています。同じOYO系列でも、こちらのお部屋の窓はすりガラスになっていてカーテンを開けることができるので明るく過ごせて良かった。（透明なところは隣もあるとカーテンを開けれなくて暗い部屋でずっと過ごすことになるところもあり） さらに表示

格安なのに、部屋は清潔で新しく非常に良かったです。 夜も近隣が静かで過ごしやすかったです。 部屋に電子レンジがあると記載されてますが、無かったのが残念でした。 また、利用したいです^_^ さらに表示

旅程の変更で急遽取りましたがagodaのお陰でかなり安く泊まれました。 かなり良かったです。 マンションの一室を自宅のように借りられます。 軽量鉄骨造のマンションって感じ。 皆さんマナーが良く 夜もとても静かです。 料理したい人は 500円でキッチンセットを借りる事ができます。 電話では連絡が取れないので メッセージかメールで 連絡を取りました。 機会があったらまた利用させて頂きたいと思いました。 さらに表示

Location is not bad, about 10mins walk to the nearest station, the area is a bit quiet but no issue! Staff is very as well, but if need utensil need to rent it (too much gd food to eat there =P) Room is Huge, clean and there's a PC to use as well! have to sort out your own trash ;) Oh! here comes the plus point: there's a dryer in the bathroom! after you done your laundry u can dry it there!!! super like it! さらに表示

It has all, that traveler is need. Clean and warm rooms, frenbly staff. We was can't turn on the conditioner and the man come at night to help us! The hotel is located near the Kamo river, fifteen minutes walk from the central station. It is very comfortable. Thank you! さらに表示

The best guesthouse ever in Kyoto. It’s pretty near train station and Kiyomizu temple. The room is wonderful. Its room is big to compare to rooms with same price in Kyoto. Very cozy and quiet. Its bathroom is awesome too. Too much nicer than I ever expected. さらに表示

Pros - really good facility in room to allow cooking(microwave, stove, kettle), laundry (& esp quick laundry drying which really helps on the day when it rain whole day and my shoes are totally soaked wet.), bathtub, computer cum TV in room. - Fuss free self check in and easy to find with map sent by guesthouse. Self housekeeping is no issue at all. Can pick up fresh towels/shampoo/ etc from trolley at each floor lift lobby. - quiet neighborhood. It is nice to walk around and visit bento musuem(recommended, free), few small shops and quiet shrine/playground - nice to walk to kamo river and enjoy the breeze - close to KeiHan KiyomizuGojo line within 5mins walk and Subway Gojo 15mins walk - nearby town bus stop 10mins walk but need some understanding to use the bus services and clear about their stops. Can purchase 500yen day ticket from guesthouse - nearby Lawson & Family Mart convenience stores, Subway sandwich 5mins walk; further up 10-15mins walk have few eateries, groceries store, 100yen store, tourist info and bento shops. Cons - alley back to guesthouse is dark and quiet at night - fridge not cold enough さらに表示

The hotel is just 5-minute walk from Kiyomizu-Gojo station, but it took us some time to look for it. Take exit no. 4 in front of Grand-Back, walk past a bus stand and telephone booth on your left, and before Times Parking (green-white colour), turn right into the small street and walk 2-3 minutes to get to the hotel. Our triple room is clean, so is the bathroom (with hairdryer, a small bathtub with a small tv!). It also comes with a small kitchen, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, computer. Superb for longer stay. Wifi is good. The staff is friendly, and the guy named Hariz is from Malaysia! Family Mart and some stores are just across the main road, and it's only 20-30 minute walk to Kiyomizu-dera, and Kawaramachi shopping area. Love the hotel for its cleanliness and convenience. さらに表示

From Kyoto Station, you still need to take subway line to get here. The staff was kind enough to consider and allowed us to check out later than 11am because we got lost along Arashiyama area that morning. さらに表示

The room is not too small, is quite big to have washing machine and kitchen in it. Toilet & shower room is seperated and quite spacious too. Enjoyed my stay here. However, it is not so convenient to take train from Kiyomizu Gojo for sightseeing but with bus is fine. Just walk to the nearest city bus stop Kawaramachi Gojo like 7-8 mins walk away and use the 500yen day pass. The reception is close after 5pm. Luckily there's an intercom where we can contact the staff as we are unable to get the key from the locker. Waited for like an hour or so for it but the room saved the day and the staff apologized the next day. So, overall still a good stay. さらに表示

with a reasonable price, we got unexpectedly good experience in the hotel. convenient to the subway station, next to the famous river. Inside the room, there were washing machine, kitchen, balcony. Noed that there will be no counter service after 17:00. Our room key were locked in the locker with my name written on the locker door. Very impressed with the facilities (clean, new and almost complete) Friendly staff They give a very clear instructions on how to get to the guesthouse in their Facebook page. I have no problem in searching for the hotel. Do check on their videos in their FB. I have no problem with the check in. They help to store my luggage and carry them to the room once the room is available. The nearest station is Keihan kiyomizu gojo station exit 2. For those who carry heavy luggage, you can use exit 4 (with lift) and walk across the main road There are Few convinient stores available ( Lawson 100, circle k and 7-11 ) near exit 4. lawson has the best offer and variety of goods. The only downside is its location. It's not really convinient For those who takes public transport: 1) The nearest bus stop is hankyu bus stop. You cannot use 1-day pass Kyoto city bus/Kyoto for hankyu buses. To take Kyoto city bus, You need to walk approx 4min to the kawaramachi gojo bus stop which is situated on the other side of kamo river. 2) from Kyoto station, take JR Nara line to Tofukuji station (1 stop 140 yen) and change to Keihan line. Take normal speed Keihan train (2 stop 150 yen) to kiyomizu gojo Keihan station 3) from kawaramachi hankyu station, exit 1b ( no lift in exit 1 b, lift at exit 2/3) walk across the kamo river (2 min or less) to Keihan Gion Shijo station ( lift available at exit7), take normal speed Keihan train (1 stop 150yen) to kiyomizu gojo Keihan station 4) taxi. We tried to show the map / hotel address to the drivers but we was rejected twice as they could not understand English There are very few restaurants available in this area. I would prefer to stay in guesthouse which is nearer to Kyoto station/ kawaramachi station. さらに表示

near the Kamo River & Kiyomizugojo, walk around 15 minutes can get to different scene. the environment around the guesthouse is quite, not very modern but with Japanese style house. Suitable for people who like the quite mood. With delicious restaurant around. Hotel is also good, tidy, quite. recommend. さらに表示

Very hard bed, I can feel springs inside a bed so It is uncomfortable to sleep. The price is as equal as many small hotels nearby the kyoto station, but Kamo River guesthouse do not offer free drinking water, bath equipments and other complimentary that normal hotel should have. nice location, 300m to bus stop and subway. around 2km to Kyoto station, very important go to kyoto with taxi if have a bulky luggage. around 700 yen. super clean. and very good staff. we arrived at midnight, and the staff explain to us how to check in (check in counter close at afternoon) thank you. さらに表示
