I love my stay. This hotel is so big with wonderful meal in the morning and at night. The portion is huge. I love the egg so much. The egg yolk is in orange colour. Very delicious. Onsen water temperature is just right. So comfortable. This hotel is pricy but I won’t regret to stay here. I will take my family to this hotel in the future for sure. さらに表示

How to express my gratitude for all staff members particularly the female staff who was in charge of our family on the front desk and the staff who could speak Korean. There was an emergency situation when we stayed in Kannawaen, all staff members helped us in a prompt manner. It's really really grateful. And also the room and facilities in Kannawaen were absolutely cozy and comfortable. If I have an opportunity to travel in Japan again, I will definitely to choose Kannawaen. さらに表示

Stay in private villa. The Hotel is quite new. You got a very traditional Japanese touch in-room. But a nice luxurious 5+ star hotel atmosphere. Very nice and helpful staffs. Excellent location with some interest spots within walking distance. Private in-room outdoor onsen bath is just excellent. Highly recommended. さらに表示

We stay in a room for 4 persons with small outdoor onsen pool. A quiet stay (may be not perfect quiet during day time with some maintenance work) but perfectly fit us with good location. They are still building rooms so for now public onsen is not crowded. Just me and my family in the morning and a few persons at night. Service is good and warm in Japan standard. The dessert buffet is good at dinner. Private parking is convenient and free. It located right next to the five popular tourist onsens but totally hidden from tourists and the busy travel at main street by a private driveway. さらに表示

在預訂時有要求派車接送.但最後應沒收到回應. 所以到達時 本來打算撘的士到酒店. 但幸好找到當地的tourist information center . 他們非常之Helpful. 主動替我聯絡神和院.原本通電時神和院說會派車來接我們. 令我surprise 的時. 我剛掛電話. 就已經有神和院的員工跟我打招呼.而且幫我叫了的士. 下車時神和院職員馬上幫我附了車費.並帶了我到休息室吃茶點，稍作休息. 一邊細心地問我們的喜好. 服務非常之體貼親切. 賓至如歸. 環境一流 清潔乾淨. 地理位置方便觀光山地獄和海地獄（正正在神和院入口的左邊不到5分鐘路程) さらに表示

神和苑的服務非常好。當天到達別府站，酒店接駁巴士不足，立即安排的士接載我們。還特地安排懂中文的工作人員接待。房間環境一流，有室內溫泉，可隨時浸湯，真是一個舒適忘憂的旅程。 さらに表示

係Agoda 訂咁多次酒店，第一次會留評價，溫泉酒店效率好高，出發前一直耐心覆我e mail問的問題，出發當天酒店問我們幾點到別府駅，12:30pm通知酒店1:30pm會到達別府,1:30已經有酒店benz專車送我們去酒店，好貼心，鐵板燒好吃又吾貴，好乾淨沒有塵，床舒服，房間超大，我地4人住，有一張西式床同一個客房區有兩張塌塌米，仲有個大廳可以活動用，最好是有私人風呂，水溫夠熱好舒服，出發前上神和苑官網看過私人風呂是泉水掛流，24小時都有熱水流出，感覺不錯！一落去就係8大地獄，令行程好趕的我們都可以順利行完8大地獄，下次會再入住。 さらに表示

서비스가 너무좋아서 밥이 조금 맛이없더라도 좋았습니다. 사실 기대가 너무 컸던지라 조금 실망했습니다. 하지만 처음 체크인부터 서비스는 너무나 좋았습니다. 부모님 모시고가는 여행이라면 무조건 추천합니다. 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 렌트를 해서 위치는 상관없었지만 주변에 지옥천과 가까워 편하게 관광할수있어서 더 좋았습니다. さらに表示
