建物も新しく清潔で快適でした。道頓堀からとても近くロケーションがいいのかと思い上層階にしたのですが窓も開かず外も見れず…でした。このような状況でしたらわざわざ上層階にしなくてもよかったと思います。スタッフの方のほとんどが外国人で日本語がとても上手でした。お客様も外国人の方が多い感じでした。快適に過ごせたのでまた機会があったら利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

別室で音姫付きのきれいなトイレ 広めのシャワールームと歯ブラシ・コップだけ脱衣・洗面所 コンセントはACとUSBが至る所にありスマホの充電は非常に便利 窓はすりガラスなので夜にカーテンを開けてても外から見られない ベッドの下は空間があるので何かが入りそう 日本人よりも外国人を意識した作りに日本の清潔感を取り入れた感じ パソコンをゆったりと使う机やイスはないのでビジネス向きではない しかし部屋は広めで電気は明るくスペースも広めなのでゆっくりできる ビジネス向けには60点だけど、彼女や友達と宿泊や旅行で使うにはいい さらに表示

駅から距離はありましたが、着いちゃえば商店街は近いし、コンビニもすぐなのでいいかな。 スタッフの方の対応、部屋の感じは良かったです。 特にスタッフは外国人でしたが、日本語が上手で気遣いもできる方々でした。ロビーでウェルカムドリンクや、子供向けにかき氷をサービスがあったのは猛暑の中、帰った者には本当に、本当に嬉しかったです。朝食も無料のわりには充実していました。あえて言うなら、スープがインスタントで自動で出てくるのですが、味が薄くて調整できないのは残念でした。また泊まりたいです。 さらに表示

This hotel is locate very close to everything we need access to : metro subway, JR station, restaurants, shopping districts. Staffs were super friendly and speak and understand perfect English. Room were consider to be spacious, as we have 3 large luggage opened and still got space to walk around (not dance, just walk). Overall I like it a lot, will definitely recommend to friends and will reuse when I visit Osaka again . さらに表示

My trip in Osaka during 6~10/July , staying 4 nights in the same hotel. My family did have very good experience of staying in this hotel. Location is very good. Very quite and convenient which closing the metro. Breakfast is ok. I will definitely book the same hotel for my next Osaka trip さらに表示

Appreciate the hotel staff in Kararaksa Namba helpfulness, politeness & positive response to requests made. All Staff speak very good English which enable us to communicate well. Shuttle bus is available from hotel to KIX airport which will reduce the stress of lugging lugguages around. Great stay & highly recommended. We stayed 5 nights in Karaksa Hotel Namba & were pleasantly surprised with the great staff the hotel had. It was easy to communicate with them as as they spoke very good English & were courteous.. They were very helpful & would go all way out to render their assistance when needed.. Rooms are clean & well maintained . The hotel shuttle bus at 1000yen per pax to KIX airport was reasonable &. most importantly, very convenient for guests who need not lug their luggages around the streets & station to get to the airport. The rooms are small but lucky we book the connecting room as we had 5 people and with 5 big luaggages, it was a tight squeeze. The breakfast is nice but because we do not eat pork so the options is very limited, mostly salads and bread. The bed was comfortable but pillow was flat. This hotel is in between Shinsaibashi Station and Namba Station. It is very convenient to go to Shin Osaka Station from Shinsaibashi Station and to Nankai Namba Station (for the airport). We had 2 adjoining rooms which were quite big for Japan standards and the bathrooms were nice. The toilet (which had a mini sink) was separate from the shower and main sink. They provided us with complete amenities, including body towels, hairbrushes, shavers and most importantly, fresh pajamas everyday. This was so convenient for our tired weary bodies at the end of the day. The breakfast was good and there were no additional charges. There were also vending machines for coffee, juice, soda, hot chocolate, tea and water with biscuits available from 2 - 9 pm. We really enjoyed our stay and intend to book again if and when we visit Osaka. さらに表示

The hotel is near Shinsaibashi, Don Quijote , and the Glico Running Man. The rooms are a bit small but are clean and comfortable. Great customer service from the front desk staff - they assisted us in booking taxis, making restaurant reservations and even contacting stores to look for some hard-to-find items. Location is good and very convenient. Walking distance to train station, dotonbori and shinsaibashi. The room is quite spacious, clean and neat. The free breakfast, drink bar and snack bar are very nice! Staffs are very helpful and friendly. We traveled to Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo during our trip in Japan and we like this hotel the most さらに表示

AGODA HOTEL REVIEW Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba I stayed in this hotel with my friends and we rented out 3 Twin rooms for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the newness and cleanliness of the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, free wifi and we enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. The rooms were clean and bigger than most rooms that I had the previledge to stay for a time (comparing the room size to hotels found in Tokyo). The facilities in the rooms are well laid out and thought out. There’s a separate bath area and separate water closet. Very convenient if there are 2 people in the room and one wants to take a bath, and the other wants to use the loo. There’s a TV that shows local channnels and there are shampoo, conditioner, body soap in the shower area. There is also a set of pajamas free for use. The shower amenities are found in the hotel lobby, like the comb, bath sponge, razor and hair ties/cotton swabs/cotton wipes. We also enjoyed the shuttle service that they provided that took us back to the airport for ¥1,000 per person (prior reservation required). Very nice hotel and if given the chance to come back, we will still book in the same hotel. さらに表示
