離京都車站近、三人房房間很大，可以攤開三個29吋行李箱，還有一點小通道可以走，有廚房可使用，staff親切，有一位會說中文，詢問問題都可以幫忙解決，真的很棒，物超所值，下次一定會再來住。 さらに表示

Location: around 7 min from Kyoto station. Accessible by buses as well. We walked most of the time. A quiet area. The room was very spacious, the free smartphone with internet access was a great addition. In-room washing machine was very helpful. - the host uncle is super nice and helpful;) will be back because of him - very fluent English, mandarin and a bit Cantonese - clean and spacious room with petite kitchen, value for money - walkable distance to Kyoto station (I guess 15 mins) - we parked our car in a nearby slot, 800 yen from 9pm to 8am さらに表示

10mins walk from Kyoto Station (slow speed), at first it might seem far but distance wise, not bad! Hotel is also about 10mins walk away from Shichijo Station for those who wants to go to Osaka (Keihan Main Line is more reliable than JR Line at Kyoto Station for trips to Osaka as there will be lesser event of train disruption due to accidents). This hotel is basically a self-sustaining hotel. You have to clean and separate trash (burnable and non-burnable), can wash clothes and dry it, cook yourself (cooking utensils can be book at 500JPY per stay). There's a handbook in the room to advise on how to operate the washing machine, remote control, dryer (in the toilet) etc. The host uncle was awesome, advise us on facilities in our room, must visit places in kyoto, osaka and nara and even gave us free guide books. The room is very spacious. It also has washing machine. Staff are very welcoming and helpful by giving a map and explaining the surrounding area and main tourist spots. Though there is no 24 hours reception, we don't really mind it. Walking distance to and from Kyoto station is Ok for us, take around 10 minutes. I will definitely come back to this hotel when visiting Kyoto again. さらに表示

I like this hotel as it is walking distance to Goei street and the river. The room is clean and i have to say the heater is really very useful. After washing my clothes it gets dried up like in few hours. There is a bicycle rental which is just behind the hotel very convience. will stay here again if i come back to Kyto さらに表示

The guesthouse is far from Kyoto Station but you can access to certain tourist spot i.e. Nishiki Market easily via the Japan Taxi only about 900 yen per car. The guesthouse is provided with full range of basic needs i.e. washing machine, TV, smartphone connected with WiFi. This hotel really recommended for everyone needs good facilities and services. Not so pricey but have a good location, facilities and spacey room. 8 mins walking distance to Kyoto station or Shichijo station. Sure will be back if go to Kyoto again. さらに表示

The room and bathroom were very spacious compared to our other rooms in Japan. The beds were very comfortable. Good location being close to Kyoto station. The people t the front desk were very nice and helpful. They also let you store you luggage if needed! They also have a small kitchen and fridge which was nice for the things we bought at nearby convenience stores. They also have a washer if needed and can be easily dried in shower area. We stayed 3 night here. The location is strategic. Only less than 10 minutes from Kyoto Station. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is big and it has refrigerator, laundry machine, microwave and electric stove. So, it is like you are at home :-)...The owner is friendly. Nice, clean and modern room. Size is as small as regular hotel room in Japan. You can dry clothes inside bathroom although it might take 6-7 hours. The minus is you have to rent kitchen utensils including bowl spoon and forks. But it is very nice that you can put luggages in the office or in i-satellite counter near Kyoto station so that you can enjoy Kyoto free-handed. The staffs were also very nice and responsive. さらに表示
