登別温泉の入り口に位置して温泉街には少し遠いが無料のシャトルバスがありさほど気にならない。逆に静かな時を過ごせる。小規模の旅館で旅館の中にも中庭をはじめとして細やかな気配りが感じられる。宿泊当日は満室でしたが韓国からの家族連れが多く宿泊していました。特に女性にはお勧めです。 さらに表示

料理は、舟盛りも入ったコース料理で大変美味しくいただきました。また、大学生の子供が遅れて電車で到着し料理提供時間に間に合いませんでしたが、駅まで迎えに行って下さった上に料理も全部提供してくれました。素晴らしいホスピタリティで大満足しました。また登別に伺う時は是非泊まりたい宿です。 さらに表示

登別駅から旅館に行くのが不便でした。他のホテル等は札幌からバスで安く送り向かいがありましたが、ここは駅からバスかタクシーでした。重いかばんを持って大変でした。夕食は美味しかったです。 さらに表示

This was a much needed rest stop coming straight from the airport. There were other hotels available along the main street but this Ryokan made us feel like home. The place was very clean and the meals were fantastic. It might be a little pricy but worth the one night stay. さらに表示

Located walking distance away from the main shopping and attractions area, this ryokan provided a quiet and pleasant experience. Despite its dated interior, all furnishings were kept in clean and good state, and definitely added to the traditional experience we were after. Very nice hotel with great service provided, staff is very friendly. The Kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast is great and delicious. The surrounded environment is great. I love my stay here. We took the Japanese family room and it was spacious and clean. The onsen was good too. Staff were friendly. Just that there are no shops or mini marts nearby the hotel. its quite a distant from the hotel. If you are staying in this hotel, please ensure you have sufficient food and snacks with you. You need to prebook if you want to have dinner in the hotel and the meals are limited to choose. Overall, this is a small and beautiful Japanese resort. さらに表示

I came here with my sister, her husband and the 1.5-year old boy. All staff are very polite and friendly. When we stopped our car outside the hotel, two staff already came out and guided us where the parking place is located. Since we came prior to 2pm which is the check-in time, we went out for sightseeing and came back at 4pm. Similarly, two staff came out again when we just stopped our car. They helped us to pick up all luggages and cleaned the wheels before they moved them into the hotel. We were required to take off our shoes at the reception for which I am totally fine as it shows the cleanliness of the hotel. The room is spacious with private toilet and bathroom. We have our inroom Kaiseki dinner at 6pm and finished it by 8pm. We were given sufficient time to enjoy the 12-dish dinner and served by a cheerful lady. It is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the spa street. The hotspring is clean. I like the quiet environment and the excellent service. さらに表示

It is a small hotel (but very recommended for who are looking for a truly japanese style ryokan) which located before the noboribetsu town around 10 mins drive. Its very private and cozy for family travelling. The dinner is awesome (fresh ingredients and good quality). I would like to go back again. さらに表示

We were expecting for a mid size room for two, but were totally blown away when the room given to us was the largest suite (Otome)! We opted for the traditional way where we slept on the very comfortable futons and also had our kaiseki-style dinner in-room. Bathroom and toilet were separated but since we want to go for onsen so we use the public bathroom instead. I love the Hanayuki exfoliator provided in the bathroom and also the skin care products in the make-up room! I was a bit shy at first to accustom to the Japanese onsen etiquette as you need to strip everything off, but once you get over it it will be fine. Can't tell how much I love the outdoor onsen especially during daytime when it is snowing! The ryokan is indeed a bit far from town and can get a little tiring as you paved through the snow grounds. Also, only a few buses going to Jidaimura, so plan the timing properly. Breakfast was amazing with a food box given and some other asian options to top it on. 大好き! さらに表示

This was the first ryokan that we stayed at in our 9 day self-drive tour of Sapporo around the Lake Toya region. The place was easy to find from the map and we got a warm reception. The ryokan has it's own parking space behind the building but there are limited spaces, however we always managed to find a parking space. We opted for 1 Western style twin sharing room and a tatami room. Both were clean, quite spacious, toilets are a squeeze (but that's typical) and quiet. Bathing chambers are on the ground floor, it's communal so if you are shy... you'd have to go really late or really early to avoid other bathers. They have an indoor onsen and an outdoor one which was fantastic as it was really cold outside and we got to relax in a pool with a well manicured garden space. We had breakfast there for the 2 days we were there and it was beautifully presented but the room was too warm. Highly recommended as a point to explore around the area. さらに表示

Very personalized service. Has been over a long time since our stay but it was memorable. As it was drizzling, they kept a look out for us to shelter and welcome us. Guess first impression lasts... staff were friendly. And we love the small cosy feel of the place. Onsen is well maintained. Though far out from the “town” area. It is totally enjoyable having a stroll back to the ryokan. Would love to be back. Btw, buy the “crab crackers” from the small shop area by the recep. Very tasty. さらに表示

It was easy for us to reach there since we drove. The hotel staff will help to park your car as they need to go through a narrow bridge to the parking space. Extremely good service from beginning to end but it would be helpful if you knew some key Japanese words as some of the older staff didn't know English. Staff helped to wipe clean our luggage wheels. Most of the hotel floors were carpetted so you can walk barefooted or with socks they provided. We stayed in the traditional Jap tatami room. Room size is spacious for 2 and just nice for 4 pax. Kaiseki dinner was fantastic and it was served in our room, we got the sashimi boat! Breakfast was served in the common dining area which was also very good. Onsen is of natural spring water. Both indoor and outdoor common bath area were small but very pleasant and comfortable to me. At any time it was not crowded. A very enjoyable stay with reasonable price in this boutique ryokan.
