二人で泊まったけど一名で予約したので夜8時ぐらいフロントから電話かけられて、出たくないが、5分も電話が鳴って続けてうんざりでした。スタッフの英語が下手のが理解できるが、あまりにも不丁寧すぎるだろう！外国人なので、こんな態度で対応されて、本当に腹が立つ。 我们是两个人入住的酒店但是我预约的时候只预约了一个人、晚上8点左右前台打来电话、已经很晚了不想接竟然连续响了5分钟。可以理解日本人店员英语很差，但是也太不客气了吧，因为是外国人被这样对待真的很生气！ We stayed one night two people but I only reserved for one people. At about 8 pm I received call from the front of the hotel. I did not want to answer so the phone was keep ringing for 5 minutes. I can understand that Japanese staff are not too good at English but the way they talk was unbelievable and so rude. Being treat like this because we are foreigners made me really angry! Nous sommes restés 1 nuit 2 personnes , je n’avais réservé que pour 1.Aux environs de 8 heures le téléphone dans la chambre n’a cessé de sonner durant au moins 5 min . Excellent stay with the hotel (though it looks old but amenities were adequate and well maintained). Room size was huge for Japan standard, with plenty of room to walk around after opening my two luggages. Breakfast was sufficient, western style. The room was very spacious with lots of storage, two desk areas and a full height table which made eating in the room very easy. We appreciated the coin laundry facilities and the microwave in the corridor. Even though we were only on the 2nd floor, we could see Mt Fuji from the balcony (to the side and some trees in the way) which was a bonus, as well as a great view from the 4th floor corridor window! The station is about a 10 minute walk away and was ok with luggage, and convenience stores are within a block. Although an older-style property, the room was clean, excellent value and we had a very comfortable stay. さらに表示

We had a nice sized room with twin beds, that were quite hard but we had Fuji View which was nice. When we arrived at the train station we asked the Tourist Information to phone the Hotel to pick us up. They told us they can only phone after 3pm. After some sitting around and waiting they phoned and the Hotel response was they have no Shuttle available, only in about an hour. So we walked which wasn’t too bad and the Shuttle was standing there so don’t expect to be picked up as advertised! The staff was friendly but didn’t speak much English. There was no English TV channel. The shampoo and shower gel was all high quality from Shiseido - very nice. The breakfast was quite disappointing, a soup, Hot Dog, mini yoghurt, salad and coffee. To receive such a breakfast for the money we paid for the Hotel was disappointing. However the choice of Hotels in Kawaguchi was rather restricted and overall we were happy with our choice. The staff is very friendly. They offer scheduled shuttle bus service that drops you off in the morning at kawaguchiko station or fuji q-highland but this needs to be booked. And between 3pm to 6pm - they offer pick up at kawaguchiko station (the tourist information centre can call the hotel for you). They have a restaurant onsite which can be quite convenient. room is complete and large. large common area at the lobby with sofa, games and reading material elevator is available. quite a walk from station.but the area is flat so its easy and not tiring. not a problem is you have a car. extra tips: better to rent a car if you are in a group or family as it is easier to explore the Fuji area by car. much flexible and time saving, rather than waiting for buses. thank you to all hardworking staffs. さらに表示

- breakfast set was lovely and filling. requested vegetarian option and received scrambled eggs, yogurt, granola, milk, soft bun and salad. - very clean hotel room and toilet. complete with toileteries, towel and automated bidet in toilet. - Has multiple wardrobes, so many storage space in the room. - free shuttle to Kawaguchiko station in the morning. - 2 large drug stores -matsumoto kiyoshi and welchia. can shop for food and drinks too. -15-20 min walk from kawaguchiko station. no problem to walk if you dont have much luggage. much better if you have a vehicle. -no view of fuji from bedroom. but magnificent fuji view just outside the hotel entrance. さらに表示

We were looking for a room with attached bathroom at Kawaguchi area and this hotel is quite a good bargain for us. Walking distance from Kawaguchiko Station is 10 to 12 mins leisure walk. The hotel does provide pickup service but we decided to walk there. The room was okay for us. さらに表示
