昨年もお世話になり、とても良かったので今年も、城崎温泉と言えばこちら！と決めてました。 オフシーズンのウィークデーというこどあり、 温泉街もいつもより、静かでした。 駅からホテルまでは、シャトルバスで連れてくれます。 歩いてもそう遠くはありませんが、、 そして、チェックイン。 部屋は独りにはもったいない広さと設えでした。 お風呂は、ホテル内のも素敵でしたが、 いくつかある外湯も無料パスです。 そして、夕飯！ これが、また、すごいです。前菜から、 刺身、牛肉しゃぶしゃぶ、アワビのバターソテー、 カニ酢、カニの蒸し物、釜飯、その他盛りだくさん！お腹いっぱい大満足でした。 最上階のラウンジも、皆でたくさん、というスペースと、個室とがえらべて、どちらもリーズナブルプライスでした。 朝ごはんも、とっても美味しかったです。 カフェコーナーのバーテンダーさんもとても、親切に、応対くださいました。 なにもかも、、文句のつけようのない、おもてなしの心と、、すこしでも客に、喜んでもらおうとするスタッフ達の気遣いがこちらに伝わり、 とてもよい旅ができました、 さらに表示

現地の対応はもう最高でした。 けど、予約して電話でお願いしたことはまったく通じてませんでした。 フロントを担当した方とも話しが通じずたいへんでした。 それ以外は最高だったのですごい残念です。 でも次も利用したいです さらに表示

A little pricy but Super worth the price. Location : 10 mins away from train station but can take shuttle bus from the train station to the hotel. Food: dinner and bfast included which is traditional Japanese style Staff: friendly n helpful. Speak very little English but willing to give their best to provide their service and to speak English. Staff can help to wear yukata. Facilities : hotel have their in-house Onsen bath. Provide yukata for all guest but younger kids may not have unless they are more than 150cm. Females are able to choose design of their yukata. Males will have to use their standard yukata. さらに表示

Kawaguchiya Riverside hotel gave us an authentic onsen hotel experience. The staff were polite and helpful. One of the staff even helped us in wearing the pretty Yukatas which the hotel provided for us during our stay. The dinner and breakfast were sumptuous - we really were there for the crab but everything else tasted wonderful too! Though the place seems a little old, it was still an enjoyable stay. Oh yes, apart from going around the 7 onsen in town, do go for the in-house onsen in the hotel, it's just as nice & less crowded (especially later in the night). ;) さらに表示

Awesome touches from the staff. Other than typical hotel amenities, they gave us free yukata rent to walk around the town as well as geta and its coat, plus yukata to be worn in the hotel and free onsen pass to 7 onsens. The staff don’t speak very good English but they went out of their way by preparing us a nice little note with paper crane to explain this and very patient with us. We stayed in their Japanese style room, the room is spacious and clean, cozy and warm even without aircon. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel, there are plenty of Restos nearby. But the hotel gave us free and different nibbles everyday. Best hotel experience ever!! さらに表示

Hotel staff was very helpful. One or two of them can speak fluent English so that's convenient. A female staff helped me with the yukata as it was my first time. I was grateful for her help. The room was spacious, clean and very satisfyingly Japanese! I love the tatami, the futon was comfy, and the Japanese breakfast was just simply delicious. Overall, I was satisfied and very happy with my stay at Kawaguchiya. Highly recommended! さらに表示

Located at the end of Yanagi St where people walk around in yukatas and stroll from onsen to onsen, it is in a quiet area. There is a shuttle from the hotel to/from the train station but it was an easy 10-minute walk through the interesting main street. This hotel has a nice onsen bath. So i was spoiled a week before my trip to Kinosaki by staying at a great ryokan in Arima, so the first impression on Kawaguchi were hampered. However, the staffs are very friendly, and can speak a little bit of English. The hotel is aged and tired. The rooms are decently sized. The disappointing part would be the baths. The baths are small and very average, but you will be given a pass to the local baths which are the highlights of this charming little town. We didn't get dinner at the hotel, and the breakfast were the basic bread and salad so I can't rate about the food. さらに表示

We stayed in a Japanese styled room. It was clean, very spacious (for 2 pax) and comfortable. There was a shuttle bus to and from the train station which made it convenient. Shuttle bus also provided at fixed timings to the public baths. The hotel is not in the heart of town, but a very manageable and pleasant short walk away. An onsen pass is provided for those staying overnight. Did not include half-board in our booking, so unable to comment on the food. さらに表示

The hotel is well located with nice and helpful staff. Onsen baths are very nice. Clean and spacious rooms. Maybe I was late in making reservation, I tried but could not book dinner in the hotel. Breakfast was just toast and coffee, continental style, not those in a big restaurant commonly found in onsen hotels. Could be the hotel do not have restaurants for this purpose and breakfast sets (Japanese style) are served in guest rooms. さらに表示

We went to many onsen in Japan but we think Kinosaki is the right choice with three combination of good onsen facility (big, clean and water quality), plenty of fresh seafood which you can buy cheaper compared to Osaka, and close to Ski resorts. Staying at Kawakuchi hotel will make your experience of Kinosaki onsen even better. It is worth of money and we recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to feel experience of Japanese Ryokan and Hospitality. 1) Hotel location is still considered in the centre of Kinosaki which we can walk about 10 mins from hotel to train station and short walk to 7 onsens. 2) Hotel provides shuttle bus to train station and 7 onsens and they are flexible such as provide special transfer if you are about to miss the train 3) Dinner and Breakfast are very superb - especailly dinner which serve you in your room- lots of seafood menu especailly kani , sasimi with Japanese style decoration . Good cook and good taste. Staff is very nice and explain us all manu when serve. We are enjoy and this is new experience for us. Breakfast is also served in the room. Worth of money. 4) Staff and owner are very kind and helpful. We had a little of problem with room but once we inform the owner has no reluctant to solve and make us happy. Hotel has two room style : Japanese Ryokan and Western Style. You need to check room condition when check in as some of rooms no shower room . (Use hotel onsen for shower) 5) Hotel onsen is also good with outdoor ( especially women onsen according to my wife. 6) We get souvenir from the hotel when we checked out (from we visited 5 onsens out of 7 ) さらに表示

I stayed for two nights at Kawaguchiya Riverside Hotel with my family and we had a lovely time there. The hotel staff were really friendly and approachable. The hotel provides free wifi and yukata rental service, and a lovely breakfast. Also, hot spring baths are available at the hotel itself. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus services from/to the train station at specific timings and it is within close proximity to one of the 7 public hot springs at the town. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our time there very much, and we would like to thank the staff for the care and service we received :) さらに表示

Couldn't have relaxed more! Only had one night here and wished I was able to stay longer. The staff are very friendly and I had one that had good English to speak with. The hotel provides the ticket to the onsens with your room and a nice yukata to go with. I did not have any food here but was recommended a great local restaurant by the staff. The staff were professional and warm. We felt very welcome. They provided us with Yukata, Kimono and public bath tickets. After check out, hotel helped to arrange luggage transfer to train station for a small fee. This freed us to enjoy Kinosaki before departure in afternoon. さらに表示

The hotel is budget friendly, really worth the money for the service and facilities. It have modern private onsen which is more comfortable than the 7 available in terms of onsen facilities and amenities. Staffs are really friendly and didnt hesitate at all to help my wife puts her Yukata all the time after onsen. Facilities and amenities are really okay. I love all of them. Location is a bit letdown as it is located at the end of Kinosaki river near the sea, so in winter your body will cool off when arrive at hotel after outside onsen bath.
