良い
Excellent space, staff and well kept. Only a shared shower with a relaxing mock onsen for at least our room. Excellent service from staff, willing to provide any support and advice. Delicious combination of Western breakfast with Japanese options. Very short walk (probably under 100 m) to Dosojin Fire Festival location on January 15 every year. The staff of the hotel is very kind and helpful. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The cleanliness is average i would say, because the hotel is pretty old. There are not much facilities in the hotel, but there are two great local onsen (free of charge) in the walking distance (2 mins), which we enjoyed a lot. It is a bit far from the moving path that takes you to the ski area, so if you carry skies or have young kids, you may need to consider this. Fantastic. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Chef was able to whip up vegetarian/seafood dishes and alcohol free for us. Food was good. Hotel location was good too. Futon was great. The rooms were not tidied clean with the pillow sheets and bedsheets bring dusty. Also, some of the pillow sheets were torn and one pillow was torn too. The water pressure on the fifth floor where we stayed was ridiculously low that we have to wait for water when we flushed the toilet or half way through washing our faces. I had the misfortune of finding a lighter in the yukata coat which was not mine! So I began to wonder if they have been cleaned? On the first morning, the sausage were burnt and I wondered how that could ever be served to their clients and luckily they changed it after my complaint. The only positive experience was the friendly conceirge guy who had assisted us in our multiple enquires on food and alternate skiing options. さらに表示

We booked Kawamotoyo last minute as an additional two days to an already booked ten day trip at another Ryokan in Nozawa Onsen. We expected Kawamotoyo to be less salubrious than the other ryokan, and had steeled ourselves to put up with it. Things couldn't have worked further than the truth. Kawamotoyo was delightful and when it came time to move to the other ryokan, we really didn't want to go. I can only echo the positive comments of pas reviewers and not that we felt both welcome and superbly comfortable from the moment we arrived. No it's not a five star hotel, but it is far better than its three stars. The staff were all fantastic and accommodating, the chef in particular was a gem, and made our stay all too easy. We had a 2nd floor Japanese style room (futons, modular bathroom etc) which was excellent. It was at more spacious than expected and came with a mini-fridge, tea/coffee facilities, large gas heater and pretty views (snow covering the roof on one side, views of the town, buildings and some of the mountain on the other). The building has an elevator! Think that's irrelevant? Think again. We traversed three flights of stairs many times a day at the other ryokan. The elevator was a stroke of genius. We drove from our home in Yokohama, so th car parking was a boon (maybe space for ten vehicles, first come, first serve). Free WIFI - in EVERY ROOM, not just the foyer. Again, not common elsewhere. Decent speed. I had a 4G wifi router with me, it didn't get reception, so the free WIFI was great. Close enough to town central town (five minute walk, if that), and easy access to the travelatoe to the main mountain ski base (maybe 10-12 minute walk in pleasurable surroundings). Overall, a lovely mix of the traditional and the functional. Would I stay again? I WILL stay again. Thanks Kawamotoyo さらに表示

Our family had two adjacent Japanese style rooms on the 3rd floor. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards and very cozy with the tatami area, a table and a reading area by the window. Our rooms had lovely views of the valley. Toilet is private and showers are shared at the hotel's onsen on the ground floor which is your typical Japanese onsen. Staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending dining options in town. Location is convenient, it's an easy 5-minute walk to the town's main road where most restaurants are. It's a 10-minute walk to the main Hikage station to start your ski day. It's a gently steep walk. Not a problem if you rent your ski equipment at the Hikage station (where you can leave your stuff at the end of the day) but not recommended if you carry your own gear and walk all the way in your ski boots. Best part of the day is the breakfast, a small buffet selection where each dish is carefully prepared. Good choice of a Ryokan in Nozawa onsen, we would stay there again. さらに表示

A great place to stay in Nozawa, staff couldn't be more helpful and freindly. Easy walking distance to to town center, restaurants and the U-road up to the ski areas, Wonderful views over the town and mountains. Would recommend and stay there again. さらに表示
